  1. ...when he interviewed with Brandon, he preached "culture change REAL hard (an obvious necessity-see McD's work).......he called Brandon almost every day to find out his hire status.....once he got the job, he employed a militaristic "General Patton style" with everything.....a friend of mine hosted a coaching staff dinner down the road from SJF Camp....restaurant was 20 minutes behind schedule and Dougy went nuts.....made up the 20 by making staff finish faster.....then back to SJF for MORE meetings, routinely until 9-10PM, with Brandon/Whaley required.......they got sick of it and turned on him....Pegula offered him a 4 year, $19.6 mil extension, but he ran with the $4 mil versus an uphill battle with Brandon/Whaley......with them still under contract and with no HC, Pegs was in a corner......neophyte Owner in his rook year with no Prez, GM AND HC?...........
  2. ...Rebate Jimmy needs a second Brinks truck for the millions he's paying out to FORMER HC's and soon to be GM......and we thought Boy Danny Snyder had a screw loose with stripped threads......."welcome aboard Daboll"???..............
  3. ....Grigson would be a great hire.....Rebate Jimmy did have him on staff for awhile ....make up with hugs.......... Wiki: On May 24, 2017, Grigson was hired as the senior personnel executive for the Cleveland Browns. In January 2018, the Browns announced that he was no longer part of the team's front office personnel.[

  7. ....LMAO....welcome to Haslamville's "rebate program"........if Daboll gets hired with a five year deal, he'll be fired after two and gets three years paid vacation.............. Cleveland Browns head coach firings have cost franchise a fortune Browns fired Freddie Kitchens after just one season By Thomas BarrabiFOXBusiness Lackluster on-field performances have left the Cleveland Browns’ front office on the hook for millions of dollars in salary to fired coaches over the last decade. The sum is expected to grow even larger following Freddie Kitchens’ dismissal on Monday. The Browns fired Kitchens after just one season as head coach following a disappointing campaign. Cleveland had high expectations after acquiring superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. in the offseason, but second-year quarterback Baker Mayfield regressed under Kitchens’ tutelage and the team finished the season with a 6-10 record. While the Browns never publicized the financial details of Kitchens’ contract, most coaches sign multi-year deals when accepting an NFL team’s top job. As a result, Cleveland owner Jimmy Haslam will likely be paying both Kitchens and the coach hired as his successor during the 2020 season. https://www.foxbusiness.com/sports/cleveland-browns-head-coach-firings-cost
  8. ...fair assessment...thought da Fuhrer mellowed a bit with NYG....but went back to his old habits.....read an article that said Khan fired him because he was set to retire at the end of the year, wanting to upstage him so he didn't go out on his own terms......maybe the Czar has Gettleman on speed dial.......

Warren’s ‘fantasy’ wealth tax: Here’s all the programs 2020 Dem claims to cover with funding trick By Tyler Olson | Fox News As the progressive wing of the Democratic Party pushes an agenda that asks millionaires and billionaires to pay higher taxes to fund ambitious social programs, 2020 hopeful Elizabeth Warren has made an unprecedented tax proposal on accumulated wealth a centerpiece of her campaign. And nearly a year into her presidential bid, that wealth tax has become a central funding mechanism for a host of major policy proposals — despite lingering doubts about its constitutionality and whether it can generate the cash flow she promises. Warren has connected the wealth tax to no fewer than eight separate initiatives: Student debt cancellation Universal childcare Universal pre-k $800 billion in new federal funding for public schools Tuition-free college $50 billion for Historically Black Colleges and Universities $1 trillion for "Medicare-for-all" Tackling the opioid crisis https://www.foxnews.com/politics/warrens-wealth-tax-heres-all-the-programs-2020-dem-claims-to-cover-with-funding-trick
  15. ...nice work.........6 fumbles over 5 years on 666 touches?.....thought we were talkin' Tiki Barber type fumbleitis......... Daniel Wolf-BR "From 2000 to the 2003 season, Giants running back, Tiki Barber had similar problems with fumbles; he totaled 35 fumbles in those four seasons."

  19. ...and when did he last play?......one start in 2018?......think there could be some "ring rust" as well as many new faces in 2019 vs 2018?......naw, TBDers say "he sucks....a goner"......a shocker....
  20. ...agree with you....but hasn't it denigrated into a skin color issue, sadly?.....don't we more often than not read about an African American coaching candidate interview versus a Hispanic, Asian, et al (minorities of your choice)?.....sure would suck to be a man of color and wonder if the "call" was tokenship or seriously consideration of my skill set.........
  21. ...under the current circumstances, YES.......he did more with LESS.....at the same time, it'd been a 10 year drought since the last SB "W"......perhaps less with MORE?......
  22. ...I'm sure Frazier will get some calls....first shot as HC was not successful....he'll be 61 in April and although DC is a tough grind, I'm GUESSING HC is even more so......he may be comfortable back in his DC position like Schwartz, Wade, etc.......think the Colts did interview him before Frank.....often wonder how many interviews are embarrassingly and solely for the Rooney Rule?....sure as hell is demeaning IMO.....
