....just found out two of my cousins have Covid-19....both are around 70 and both reside in nursing homes......one is in VA and in good health other than Alzheimers.....tested positive but has been asymptomatic for 7 days so far....the other is in Rochester, but she is in terrible health with COPD (HEAVY smoker), diabetes as well as severe obesity.....got the info second hand but apparently she was sent to ICU, somehow recovered and was returned to nursing home......and apparently contracted it again (?) resulting in a second trip to ICU with doctor's telling her brother 20% chance of survival (she stuck to DNR and refused ventilator).....supposed to be discharged on Monday............

...not sure how he has become the NYS media darling......with the population density in NYC coupled by the traveler influx worldwide, this city was WOEFULLY unprepared, NOT for Covid-19 which is an anomaly (unreasonable expectation IMO), but something "remotely similar" BUT on a far less percentage basis......with MILLIONS crammed in on top of each other, shouldn't there be some foresight as far as pro-active planning?.....even fundamental supplies were not available in NYS stockpiles which is incomprehensible.....so is the blame game valid?....

....you need a PhD to digest the information being propulgated.....studies galore with hugely varying sample sizes......conclusions published BEFORE a nominal peer review......if, IF I read correctly, CARES funding through Medicare pays hospitals $39,000 for Covid-19 related deaths versus $13,000.....how does THAT skew the death numerator?......at the same time with testing dramatically increasing, isn't is possible for asympomatics to exponentially increase the denominator?.....if so, the mortality rate rapidly diminishes......BUT...at the same time, does the country's reactive measures become the "Cry Wolf Syndrome"?.....Fauci says their could be two prong implications with the "normal" flu season being joined by the "Covid-19 season"....clear as mud IMO.....

...here is the Monroe County NY (greater Rochester) mortality rate......out of 112 deaths, 109 were age 60 or greater which is 97.3 percent (no mention of preexisting medical conditions though)....

...if it is a state run plan (ie. NY Saves), you only were entitled to a NYS deduction with nothing at the Federal level......in NYS, you can take a distribution (ie. leftover funds) at your normal ordinary income tax rate....I can double check, but I do not think there is a penalty..................

...restaurants appear to be reopening in some states at a percentage less than their capacity (25-50%)......what is your perspective of outdoor venues doing something similar as well as requiring mask protection?.....sure there is an inherent risk, but without relaxing social distancing paraemters as well as requiring masks, does the "outdoor venue" somewhat mitigate the risk?..
