Another thing that I always keep in mind is also setting good examples by action. And I wouldn't ask my staff members to do anything that I wouldn't do myself. -

The best advice that I can give you is to treat people the way you would want to be treated. Also everyone takes things differently. Talk to each staff member as if they are special but stay firm. Don't allow yourself to be soft at first or else you'll get walked on, on a daily basis. Be organized and plan ahead while being a leader. -

Fezmid, I ment to pm you the other day about this but I was just recently given about 20-25 tapes with close to 40 Bills games on them. From the early 90's on. Mostly the Kelly years. If this is something that you might be interested in let me know. I have the first two Superbowls and alot of playoff games from back then. -

I have a strong gut feeling about this kid. Just watch, veterans are going to be coming in early this year to work out with him. They all need to rally behind him and step it up (which I really feel they will). He is learning alot right now, however he is also setting an example for other players on the team for being in Buffalo.
