I think the light is on now for everyone to see and they will not be getting any more passes. Its just blatantly obvious now they have drafted terrible and ignored the offense for too long. Its all catching up to them now

Its also hindering the team, look at all the high round draft picks we have wasted on that DL. Sure could have used some of those picks on OL and WR. We should have the best DL in the league with all the draft capital and FA money spent on it. Instead we just have massive holes all in the roster. Terrible drafting

So is Beane and McDermott, until they get fired for bad drafting at least Drafting is a real issue at this point

Sometimes a penalty is worth the fine. This would be one of those times next year

One of the many wasted defensive picks that Beane has made, when we desperately need OL and Wr help. Beane has been atrocious drafting the last few years and its hurting this team now

Take away Josh Allen, and mediocre would be a compliment. He has been awful drafting the last few years and now it is catching up to them and hurting the team. It looked like a college game yesterday with the difference in talent on the field. I dont look for it to change either, not with this Defensive regime That would be an impressive stat, if most of them didn't stink

I actually was questioning them before the season even started, It was and immediate downgrade to 2 wr positions in my eyes. Unfortunately I was right

Unfortunately this is where I am as well. I think we are at the ceiling with Beane and McDermott, I dont see it getting any better. Actually I feel like it's going to get worse. Year after year of terrible drafting is going to hurt them. They barely even acknowledge that we have to play offense too in the draft. So many wasted defensive draft pics. Multiple 1st and 2nds, and none if them have been hits. I have no faith in Beane drafting anymore. He hit on Josh Allen, thats basically his resume

Several years of awful drafting is catching up to the team, and I think it will hit hard next year. I have no faith in this regime to invest and improve the offense. They are too narrow minded around the Defense

Or a LB with a top pick that has everyone scratching their heads. We are out of the playoffs again because the team uses draft capital 3 to 1 on Defense

You are not alone. I feel like we regress next year and will be fighting to stay out of the bottom of the Afce. Beane has put us in a terrible place with poor drafting and drafting 3 defensive player for every offensive pick. Not only that, he failed on those picks too. Here we are, looking at a garbage OL, no good reciever outside of Diggs, and a trash defensive line that Beane used most our capital on. Poyer likely gone, and I have no faith in this regime to draft or sign offense

If you are on the fence about Beane or McDermott, look no further than their last few years drafts. Absolutely pathetic. 4 1st and 3 2nds on Dl!! Where the hell are they? Not 1 has played to where they were drafted. They also draft 3 to 1 Defense over offense. They have massively failed in the draft and its finally to start really hurting the team and obvious now

It is a massive concern if you look at the last few years drafts. I just don't see what they see in this so called Championship defense that they seem so obsessed with. On top of that, he has not been good at drafting to create thus so called defense. He has hit on 1 pick, and the only reason he still has a job here, Josh Allen 4 1st and 3 2nds on the Dline. Where are they? That in itself is almost a fireable offense

I like to phrase it in a simple way that makes you really think about it. How many years of having Josh Allen as your qb and Not make the Superbowl does one get? Seriously? Imo with their defensive mindset, they have peaked, at their ceiling now. Only way to get better is to move on and find someone that knows what an offense is. Without Josh Allen Beane and McDermott would have probably been fired last year as we woukd be the worst team in the division
