Our coaches has failed us. No #2 wr, multiple 1st, 2nd round picks along with many massive signings on the Dline (To cover up from the draft failures), No attempt to upgrade our Wr with Josh Allen as QB. Yeah FU McDermott and Beane! FU And your stupid defense

It's time to get rid of the coaches, All of them. Start fresh with a new Josh

I personally have been done with McDermott after 13 secs. It was unforgivable to me. I think he peaked, along with Beane. It's time to move on while we still have Josh Allen and take a chance at winning it all. Our current staff is not doing that

I'm on board with a replacement. He and Beane had done fantastic job of turning this organization around, however, they hit their ceiling a couple years ago. We truly need an offensive head coach, we have Josh ***** Allen, how bad does the coaches have to be to not win with Josh Allen and Steff Diggs? Yeah they blow!

Von Miller and Dawson Knox. I hated them when we did it, hate it even worse now

Nice my 10-7 prediction is now looking like a stretch. Fire the coaching staff, seriously. Take a step back, think about it. Would you want to ruin the rest of Josh Allen's career with a defensive minded coach who has been outcoached every single year in the playoffs? I credit McDermott and Beane for turning the franchise around, im very thankful for that. However, we have Josh Allen, there is no excuse to not being able to achieve a SB appearance with JA and SD on your team, no matter how bad the coaching may be

I voted yes, not because of not making to the AFCCG, I just believe McDermott is not a good enough coach to win the SB. He gets outcoached every year in the playoffs. He did a great job turning the team around, but I feel we hit the ceiling a couple years ago. I don't want to see Josh Allens career being wasted by a defensive minded head coach who refuses to upgrade the WR room to give Josh what he needs. I don't feel like we could be much worse with this roster, Josh Allen and a new offensive minded head coach

The 2 biggest contracts done by Beane that I hated the day they was done. Knox never done anything to deserve the contract, and the Von contract was way too massive for another old player, which is higher risk as we have witnessed. Imagine what we could have at WR with those 2 contracts?
