We need a major overhaul at the WR position, with only Shakir playing like he deserves a job. Moving him up the depth chart is a failing strategy of not bringing in adequate competition, the exact the Bills have done the last 2 years with Gabe Davis. The goal should be to get better players, not move people up the depth chart because you are unwilling to bring in real talent at the position
