  1. The Gillette Stadium chant.
  2. ^ This. It also protects the starter from injury in an unwinnable game. The Saints should have pulled Brees around the middle of the 3rd quarter.
  3. One more runner that the Bills D couldn't stop.
  4. Thanks for the catharsis, Shaw. Those few paragraphs were more entertaining than the entire game.
  5. ... or pistachios. Outside of the Steeler's "jailbird" throwbacks, those neon green unis were the ugliest things I've seen on an NFL field.
  6. Yes. He's shown that when he has a receiver he can trust, he'll let them make a play on the ball.
  7. Even if your last name was Gronkowski?
  8. I could be wrong, but I don't see the Vikes maintaining their momentum with Keenum, and if Bridgewater has to step in, who knows how long it'll take to shake the rust off. Record-wise, you're right, but I think the momentum will shift.
  9. The Lions will probably win the NFCN now.
  10. The TNF game should have been a lock, but the Jets had the key.
  11. Simply put, the Bills came to chew bubblegum and kick ass, but they brought too much bubblegum.
  12. McD is well-respected by the players. He took a team that, on paper, looked like it was "in a rebuilding year," and brought it to a 5-2 record (prior to the TNF game.) They players have bought into the system and "The Process." They didn't quit on him; they just had a bad night.
  13. Rob was the DC in Cleveland a few years ago. He left on bad terms. I'd be surprised if they give him another shot.
  14. I took a left turn at Albuquerque.
  15. He was fired for the same reason Dareus was cut - he wasn't producing.
  16. Bengals-Jags. Cinci has some serious discipline problems.
  17. Another BBMB refugee here.
  18. Thanks for your work on this site! Everything looks good.
  19. 9/11 - Patriots* SB
  20. Make him wear a wristband that says, "That's enough, that's enough."
  21. Was he referring to Tolbert getting more touches? If so, that makes no sense. Our #1 RB isn't getting any yards, so let's go with the backup?? Yeah, that was painfully obvious all night. Takeaways are great, but the first priority is to make the tackle.
  22. The short week is no excuse for last night's performance, but in fairness, I think all the players and coaches hate TNF - even the teams who are successful. TNF isn't a football move, it's a business move. I hate it too, and not just because the Bills always seem to suck on prime time.
  23. Thanks for the brew. Seriously, though, it felt like a really bad flashback, and I didn't even touch the brown acid.
  24. Two days after Halloween, the 2017 McDermott-coached Buffalo Bills masqueraded as the 2016 Ryan-coached Buffalo Bills. The team's costume sported horrendous tackling, atrocious blocking, and a general lack of discipline. Horrified Bills fans were frightened by the spectacle, had trouble sleeping that night, and remain uneasy about the gruesome scene they witnessed. It's time to put that old costume in the trunk. Lock it. Burn it. Bury the ashes.
  25. Shaw, you mentioned how the defense was trying to create fumbles. That's served them well for most of the season, but last night I saw a couple of plays where a defender missed a tackle, apparently because he was trying to strip the ball. I'm glad they're aggressive, but the first priority has to be making the tackle. I wonder if Frazier will shift the focus next week.
