  1. LeFleur had Pettine on his list of potential DCs, so I'm guessing he stays.
  2. Here's another perspective: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001008867/article/packers-to-hire-titans-oc-matt-lafleur-as-head-coach
  3. He's getting better, but he used to pronounce it "Bee-iws". Then he started getting the L sound right, and eventually got it to a single syllable that sounds more like I than E.
  4. Distant second to the Bills. I live in the middle of Bears/Packers territory and have friends on both sides of that rivalry. I root for the Packers, except for one game every four years. They're a small market team with a rabid fan base, just like the Bills. And I like the fact that they're owned by the fans. But since I'm not a native Packer fan, I don't hate all their division rivals like I do the other three teams in the AFCE.
  5. With Kyle's retirement, we needed someone named "Williams" to fill the void.
  6. Game: Vikings Play: "The Hurdle" (but his TD dive is a close second)
  7. Or you could simply calculate the exact improbability of arriving at the place you want to be.
  8. Years ago, a friend/colleague gave birth to her child. A month later, another colleague saw her at a meeting and said, "I thought you already had the baby." And this guy is married with kids, so he should have known that women don't just go back to their original weight in a month.
  9. Chargers. A rookie QB against NE is a recipe for disaster. Plus, LAC have been good on the road this year.
  10. I answered "Yes" but I'll add "so far" because the team is still a work in progress. As of now, I'm happy with the direction and most of the decisions he's made.
  11. I hate the horn. I love the "Shout."
  12. Then the best way to avoid that is to be on the home team when games are played there. ?
  13. He doesn't need coaching for that. The producers just told him to be himself.
  14. Nah - he's just a coach. A good one, but still just a coach. Beane, on the other hand - he's a player!
  15. Everybody Loves Ramen Noodles
  16. Do I think it could happen? No. Would I like it to happen? Yes, as long as it's not in Buffalo.
  17. Mine are in bold and pretty much agree with yours, but I think Shaq made more of an impact than Zay.
  18. Since the P in MVP stands for player, we can rule out McD. I'm going with Josh Allen. If we field a decent offense, he'll be at the helm.
  19. I only read the segments that were posted here. I'm sure this isn't the way you meant it, but the term PC was coined by people who just wanted to get away with being d-bags and got tired of being called out on it. In the context of your statement, I'd be more inclined to say "generously diplomatic."
  20. Interesting how some people have taken the concepts of respect and diplomacy and turned them into negatives with the phrase "politically correct."
  21. Thanks, but that's a "Dad joke." It's probably older than NASA.
