And this is what your not getting. The team honestly could care less about the few of you who would pack it up and not go because the tailgating is limited in stupidity that regularly occurs. Having parents and families far more willing to come will out number the people whose party is “ruined” because the team no longer wants all out mayhem. The tailgating seen is unique and the Bills understand that and seem fine with doing what they can not to alter too much. I assume downtown they’d still want a good amount of lots for the same thing while happily giving fans more options such as bars and restaurants.

this 100%. I refuse to bring my son to a game until he is 11 because of the drunks. While it’s few and far between virtually every game I’ve seen people like, fight, and do a laundry list of stupidity because they treat the tailgate as an all out bender. If you want to drink a ton awesome but keep within a limit where it doesn’t effect others. probably the biggest reason I want a stadium downtown is because it would reign in some of that stupidity. The idea of bars or restaurants to go to before and party at is pretty cool also

Hey everyone looking for suggestions for Sunday. We are not doing our normal tailgate at the stadium rather parking at Kettles and walking around. I was wondering if there is any tailgate parties surrounding you can buy tickets online or if the Hammer lot with Pinto Ron you can walk over and hang for a bit?

What if You Could Bring 1 Player Back - Who would it Be ?
corta765 replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Robert Woods by a million. He was under appreciated by the team and a perfect fit for McBeanes culture. The offense desperately misses a guy who is as sure handed as he is. He would’ve caught the ball Zay “ I can’t catch a beachball” Jones dropped on the 4th down pass in the end zone. His catch against the bear where he ripped a EJ Manuel pass out of the air mid field highlights how good he was. And his blocking was top notch. The fact the Bills drafted him and lost him sucks so bad because they did find the talent. I think had MCD been the coach he would’ve considered it given the culture and just smarts McD has compared to Rex. Also Buffalo could’ve paid a ton more -

When we miscarried talking about was therapeutic. My wife actually went to a yoga/support group once a week for women who miscarried or lost a delivery and it was big for her -
Yea and you can’t discount the let down the team may have after losing a game like this

NE sat their D line 3 yards back so anytime Allen ran he didn’t get much. Forced him to stay in pocket and the Bills skill guys at WRTE drop hard after Beasley Brown Knox. Cover those three and Josh is lost
-
The offense cracks were shown, Titans D is legit, and on the road as it is a disadvantage. Right now Titans are a better team given Allen’s performance yesterday. Not much better but Bills are up against it

Have You Started To Lose Faith in Josh Allen?
corta765 replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would say it has shaken my faith because up until this game he was generally making enough smart plays to cover his bad and the growth was noticeable. Yesterday was his first real test of if he could be the guy at QB and he was a tire fire to the point I had to look objectively if he can cut these bad plays out for good. Not every team will be as good as NEs defense but 8-10 wins a year by picking on weak foes and collapsing your QB against real resistance. I look forward to seeing how he responds and if he can clean up his game. -
Get ready for 3-2!!!

Drops, lack of effort, and overall just unimpressive waste of a guy. Im not sure why people forget that the Dolphins game in Miami he blew the catch at the five yard line. Yesterday he blows the catch in the end zone and on both INTs he didn’t even attempt to stop the defender. I was done with him last year I can’t stand him

Josh Allen Failed His First Big Test

Yes 24 TDs against 36 TOs is the stat line for success for my QB. -

Jesus he had a bad day which opened some questions. It was referendum on his career today. Your right aikman manning weren’t HOFs day one yet Watson Mahomes and Jackson all seem to not be having as many issues. The kids got talent and seems like he has the potential to be the dude but he’s got to be smarter and do better. He didn’t a real test today which is OK but I want better and he better do better -
Josh Allen Failed His First Big Test

Its not that he is inaccurate but at times his mechanics fall apart and his decision making combine gets him in trouble. The INT with Zay Jones is a perfect example where he threw off his back foot which caused it slightly underthrown. Had he set properly it’s a TD or incomplete If he played smarter we don’t need a comeback. -

Sure 6 TDs total against 9 turnovers. I don’t want my QB committing 36 turnovers it’s not sustainable. He needs to do better I believe he can but today was a step back -

Right step back happens you hope it’s just a step and he goes forward from here. I would like a stretch with less turnovers it’s getting concerning. -
Josh Allen Failed His First Big Test
corta765 replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Right. He’s had two good games (Jets Giants) one average (Bengals) and one bad which was today which makes you ask some hard questions. This isn’t a panic button he has started just 16 games as much as a well I like what you’ve shown but I need better for it to work long term. -

But he didn’t. Sorry I like Josh but for the season he is 3 TDs to 6 INTs plus 3 lost fumbles. After two games where the error was pointing up he has now had two games where the error went decidedly down. The defense will not be great forever and I want my QB to be better straight up -

4 Turnovers plus a sack that took them out of FG range. He was a big part of the points NE got and the lack of scoring we had. For right now it’s OK but it forces some not fun questions about his play which is very up and down -
A Few Thoughts About the *Pats game, in no particular order
corta765 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The first few years are the best chance to load up and go for it when his contract is light . I really want Josh to be the guy but you can’t ignore how bad he was today and the fact his mistakes aren’t going down or away. -
The Pats at home for the division lead and Allen played his worst game of the season and worst since he went out with injury last year. This was an opportunity for a statement and instead we got the worst parts of Allen’s game which was trying for big plays which resulted in INTs and pocket presence failure resulting in loss of points. This isn’t the end of the world either. Allen deserves credit for leading the team to 3 wins and you can certainly see his improvement as a QB. But after saying he was done with hero ball, he instead forced 3 different balls for INTs which were crucial to the loss. On the positive his second half play was better and you have to remember NE is really good so it wasn’t like it was against a bunch of scrubs. But this was his first real chance against a great team and he flopped big time. Up until today he was playing at a level that was very workable with no real signs to say his trajectory was down. But this was a bad day which opened some concerns about his long term viability. While I am not a big stat guy he has 3 TDs thrown against 6 INTs plus a bunch of fumbles too. The goal with drafting Allen was getting a guy who can do enough to beat the top dogs like NE and today at argument could’ve been made that the Bills were better off with Barkley just because he would’ve given less negative plays. The second half of the year will have more real opponents like BAL, NE, and DAL. The Bills defense is good enough to make a real run with and the offense has some good weapons like Beasley Brown and possibly Knox who is emerging a bit. Allen failed today but he has a good test to comeback next week and more opportunities to show he can move to that next level.
