    I have to truly wonder if we’ll ever be a feared team again. Best case is we got it right with Allen, load up the team with the extra draft picks and cash in the offseason, and take over the AFCE as Brady finally declines and retires to rule for a decade. But that seems like a world of wishful thinking.

    The optimistic view is that he looked good until things started to go downhill, when Clay fumbled. I am not optimistic today.

    I’m a huge Zay fan. He has already shown the quality I value most as a fan - resiliency.

    I have zilch in the way of sympathy this guy. I heard too many Pats fans try to excuse what he did to Tre with the whole “what was he supposed to do? They kept interfering with him” idiocy. They were up by 3 scores late in the 4th quarter. How can that possibly be frustrating? i can’t stand the guy now.

    I’ll be a really happy Bills fan. But I won’t even have a hint of a feeling like “we finally found our starter.” Allen is the future- if he’s healthy, he should play.
