Marcel Dareus cited for weed possession in Florida
Success replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wish weed wasn’t such a big deal. These guys deal deal with pain and stress. Really, anything else would be much less healthy. -
Would you have taken 3-2 at the bye?
Success replied to benderbender's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Probably. But things change. Now, I think we have a defense capable of winning a Lombardi, if Allen can gain just a little more experience and maturity. So, a month ago, 3-2 would have been cool. Now, I’ll be disappointed if we don’t win the Super Bowl. -
Progression from Good to Elite Defense
Success replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Confession: I’d rather have a great defense than a great offense. Yeah. I’m old. -
He’s been alright - he’s actually made some pretty crucial catches in the wins Fans often judge players more harshly when they’re picked in a higher round.
-
They will lose to the Bills in the AFCCG, because of a missed FG in the final seconds.

This is a true post, and provides surprising reassurance regarding the Bills’ chances on Sunday, given its brevity.
-
NFL history is littered with teams who fought the Pats hard and then fell apart the rest of the season. I just don’t see that in this Bills team. They carry themselves like true contenders, and I believe they can make it to the SB this year. They knew they should have won that game, and I think it has made them more determined. I really don’t think this game will be close. No disrespect to TN - it’s a solid team. This Bills team is just better.

Once again Belichick shows why he’s the GOAT.
Success replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Really, rotten luck for us Bills fans. Best coach and QB. BB has made it so that the Bills or any team has to be near perfect just to have a chance. It’s pretty tiring. I’m getting old - the Bills are a very good team this year and deserve better than to just hope for a WC this early in the season. Most other divisions, we’d be the top contender right now. -
Yep. This right here.

Have You Started To Lose Faith in Josh Allen?
Success replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
BB has made a lot of good & great QB's look REALLY bad over the years. Does anyone remember what he did to Peyton Manning in their 1st 6-7 outings? He made one of the top 3 of all time look inept. There were some games where PM couldn't do a thing, and threw multiple picks. Nah - I'm not doubting Josh Allen. Not yet. He has such competitive fire; he just has to get a handle on his worst instincts. I have great faith that he will continue to develop & become the QB we all feel like he can be. -
Only one cure for all of this: win the division. It’s not far fetched. They have a tougher schedule the rest of the way. When we play again, hopefully Allen has more maturity and we get the W.
-
It’s what he has done until now. Why doubt it would have happened today? Pats fans online are defending that hit the way they did Gronk on Tre. Even McCourtey was downplaying it. We were all denied the proper ending to that game. Today WAS the changing of the guard. Now, the world will have to wait for the rematch to realize it.

Josh is horrible on long throws all 4 games
Success replied to Artem Lipatov's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is the first time doubt is creeping in for me. Which isn’t really fair - BB makes a lot of good players look bad. But it looked like he was playing his first game today. No confidence. If I was an opposing fan, I’d say he was a bust. Tough day. Just one day, but he has so much work to do.. -
I know this thread is well-meaning, but there is a time & place for everything. This wasn't the time or the place. Maybe you lose proper etiquette being on top for so long. And even if you were on a team that was down, it's probably hard to imagine how it feels after a game like today, after decades of being beaten by another team. Very few experiences in sports like what the Bills have gone through w/ the Pats. So, thumbs down on this thread.

Josh Allen Failed His First Big Test
Success replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He was overwhelmed in that 1st half. The moment was too big for him. All it means now is that we're still not sure. He's young, and he could very easily get over these kinds of games - or this could be who he is. A good performance today would have been more assuring, obviously. Now, we need to see a lot more. -
Are there no football gods? Who would continue to allow this? That game was tantalizingly close. New England did almost nothing to earn the win - a blocked punt was it. Is it asking too much to just get a couple of breaks? Maybe spot Brown on the 1 yard line, where he went down, instead of at the 3?
-
I suppose I should feel like you, but I feel like I need therapy. There isn't a happy cell in my body right now. New England has ruined this game for me. So tired of these "moral victories." I just want to beat that team. I want that team in the past.
-
On the plus side - Tom Brady is done. He'll have some good games, but he's done. He's well into decline.
-
I'm so disappointed that you're not banned. You should stick to Pats boards.
-
No fanbase should have to go through what we have w/ the Patriots. Too many of these "should have" game. Brady's record against us is insanely one-sided, but we have lost at least 5-6 of these where we really outplayed them & had it. And then you've got Edelman with his derogatory post-game Instagram. Hey, Julie - you should be on your knees thanking your defense. Shut the eff up about the big "win" you got.
-
Patriots fans are disgusting people. They're all over twitter whining about how that wasn't a "good win" and how bad the refs were. I can't wait until that crowd has to deal w/ an actual losing season.
-
Sorry - Allen would have had a much better chance to win this game. It was huge that he was out. Obviously, he still makes a lot of terrible mistakes. But he's such a gamer. He has that "refuse to lose" mentality, and we missed him at the end.

Gameday Thread Bills vs Pats* 2nd Half
Success replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't care. I don't care about a moral victory. We lost another game to the Pats. Screw them.
