  1. It's pretty stunning to watch the Pats play this poorly. They're a genuinely bad team right now. After 2 decades, it's long overdue. They could be in for a big rebuild now. Might be an Allen/Tua/Trevor division for awhile, as they reside in the cellar.
  2. Hard to see any other wins on their schedule if they play like this. Maybe the Texans, or the Jets when they play them again.
  3. I'm just a bit worried about the Pats getting Lawrence. I almost have to root for them this game. Not really. But almost.
  4. His big plays were no fluke or just being in the right place at the right time. He was dominating out there at times. It was really encouraging to see. He gave our defense some moxie.
  5. I have a lot of faith in Beane. He is adept at managing the cap and building this team through the draft and FA. I think that as long as we have Josh Allen, we can contend for championships.
  6. One thing I noticed in general was that he was really taking his time to look over what the defense was doing, and seemed to often delay the count when he saw a potential blitz. They still got to him a lot, but it just looked like he bought extra time on a few key plays w/ that...
  7. We all appreciate this - but we need to appreciate it more. Bledsoe's Bills losing to Pittsburgh's 2nd team when we had a shot to make the playoffs. The Dallas MNF game. The Losman/Edwards "debate." The Jauron years, Mularkey, Wiilliams, Gailey. The Patriots owning us more than any team in history. We're 7-2, and just had the most quality win a team can have. I'm drinking.
  8. Almost too many to count. So happy for Klein. His big plays weren't flukes, either - he was playing hard out there, and smart.
  9. Every unit was awesome today. This was a great, great win.
  10. Didn't look bad w/ Tre. They were taping - he might even be back.
  11. I think they call this a "statement game." Hey, America - see that? YOU LIKE THAT?!!!!!
  12. Klein telling Bills fans, "Ssssshhhhhhhhh....."
  13. Not a fan of how gutless that was. Wilson will get it to the 45 in 10 seconds.
  14. Play like it's tied right now. Go down and score - even a FG puts the game away.
  15. How great is our franchise QB? Loving this game. Everyone wrote us off nationally.
  16. Neal needs to bring him down there. That would probably be a punt....
  17. I had thought Davis got in. That's a big missed opportunity.
  18. He was glued to Metcalf, Perfect throw.
  19. It was mean to post this.
  20. I don't think it's a stretch to say that Milano is the heart of this defense. He's the one guy who seems to make that kind of difference. It's like night & day when he isn't in there...
  21. I go way back - but I can't remember being more excited than I was about Cam's fumble last Sunday...
  22. I'm really happy w/ what I've seen from Moss. It seems like they have been gradually working him back in since his injury, and he has made the most of his opportunities. He shows good awareness out there & really keeps his legs moving after 1st contact....
  23. Only in hot take world. People need to realize that the Giants have a poorly constructed team right now. Guys like Sheperd and Engram are solid, but Jones has almost no O-line and lost one of the best RB's in the league early this season. Too early to call him a bust, imo.
  24. First meaningful win we've had against the Pats since email became a thing, and ALL anyone talked about after that game was Cam & the end of the dynasty. Which concerns me not at all. We've had a few years where we were hyped and fizzled. I'd rather go under the radar and then when we make a deep playoff run, have pundits say, "oh, yeah - the Bills."
  25. Patriots fans on twitter were ridiculing McDermott for saying it was an emotional win for Buffalo, and for that general sentiment. Seriously? That team has owned us for 20 years, and aside from the Sam Adams & Fitz games, this fanbase has had to endure what very few other fanbases could even begin to comprehend. Blowout losses, agonizingly close losses, pulling losses from the jaws of victory, fumbling at the one yard line, fumbling a game-clinching punt return, throwing picks in the endzone on potential game-winning drives, watching Brady throw insane dimes for improbable game-winning drives. It's all there. I was a nutcase on Sunday. I'm glad no one was filming it. It was like we won 10 Super Bowls. And for any lurking Pats fans, if there are any here, it was the first of many. That game felt like the start of a new era. Here's hoping for many sweeps in the years ahead.
