  1. Edmunds and Epenesa are both guys who NEED to play like the stars they were hyped to be. I'm a forgiving fan, but that Offside by Epenesa is going to take some time. At that point in the game, I was thinking we COULD get a stop. 3rd & 7, force a long FG, and you're still down by 2 scores with a great offense. That Offside practically lost the game single-handedly. He's a rookie, so what can you do. But man - gotta learn from that. No reason for it.
  2. This game made me believe in Allen even more. Loved how he went up the sideline at the end. People have bad games. This kind of game makes great players better.
  3. I suppose the worst part is the ol' internets - gotta stay away for a bit (except this board). Too many, "there it is - they're the same ol' Bills. Knew the Pats would win the division." One bad game. I didn't see much tonight to truly alarm me - our D isn't great, but it's better w/ Tre & the Cookie. And it just needs to be good enough.
  4. Man, Espenza. Such a HUGE mistake.
  5. It's pretty tiring. A few ticky tack calls that negate good 3rd down stops, and lead to 2 TD's.
  6. What did we ever do to the refs? 2 very soft calls give them 2 TD's.
  7. Every single break has gone against the Bills. Mindset. Just overcome it. Plenty of time here.
  8. Absolutely humongous 3rd down here. Stop them.
  9. Tanny looks like Rogers out there.
  10. Then we're not ready. Other teams lose guys like that. The Titans are missing key guys.
  11. Tanny was way too happy after that last TD. Celebrating too early. Time to sack that dude, and force turnovers. This guy got 37 yards against us once. Remind him.
  12. Can we adjust? If Titans come out and grind out a long drive, we're just not ready for prime time.
  13. That was 7 points right there. Ridiculous call.
  14. Gotta embrace it. I'd rather have this game now than in January. How do we adjust? Can we overcome a bad first half?
  15. On the previous TD run, he wasn't even looking at the runner. He was totally focused on his blocker.
  16. For 20 years, we had either a decent or stifling defense, and and all I thought was "I'd give anything for a great offense." Turns out I wouldn't give everything. I wouldn't give a decent or stifling defense.
  17. Can our D get a stop? All we really need w/ this offense.
  18. Losing Tre really hurts. Gonna have to keep scoring.
  19. Factual or not, it's the best way to look at it. Because no one is going to change it.
  20. It would have been a candidate for regular season game of the years. Still is I guess, but this definitely takes away from it.
  21. Fair enough. No doubt there are things going on that I & we do not know about. I feel like I see more adjustment w/ the other leagues - more of an acceptance of the reality of a pandemic, and a willingness to cut into profits if necessary to ensure a successful season.
  22. And don't forget heaven being moved so that our biggest division rival can play their Denver game with extra time to get their star QB and CB back....
  23. There is no reason to keep aspects of a plan like that secret, or hidden from the public. What is the threshold of players/staff infected before they postpone a game? Where is the "extra" time built into the season or the end of the season for make-up games? What are the consequences for a team that breaks protocol? From any objective point of view, this looks thrown together. It looks like they based their entire plan on wishful thinking.
