  1. I respect BB - but that presser was pathetic. I thought he was going to cry. He said the "right things," but his tone was pure salt. Maybe that's more directed at the media, because he was much more gracious on the field w/ McD - but after 20 years of dominating, it would have been cool to see him be a bit more magnanimous.
  2. I guess I'm in a minority, but I love Knox. He's a true football player - tough & resilient, and he has all of the skills you want in a TE. Obviously, it's been a mix of good & bad so far, but this is a young player. He made an early mistake last night, but more than made up for it with great play the rest of the game, including a couple of very key plays. That 4th down catch was great. He'll only get better.
  3. I smiled from the 2nd quarter on, and then for the rest of the evening. And I woke up smiling. Great write-up.
  4. It's funny to hear how casually they say things like "all we need to do is find a franchise QB" or "we just need a 1-2 year rebuild and we're back on top," like it's all a "just add water" kind of thing. Sure, they might get lucky. But chances are that they are in for a long stretch of mediocrity. They have almost nothing to work with right now, and BB the GM is not as good as BB the coach. I remember feeling the same way after the Kelly years. I just assumed we'd figure out a way to continue to dominate. I remember talking myself into Todd Collins.
  5. I wouldn't trade Allen for Mahomes right now. I'm not sure if that's homer talk, but I feel like Allen has a higher ceiling. Given the trajectory of his improvement and the skills he has, there just doesn't seem to be a limit.
  6. Man, it's salt city on the Pats boards, as it was in BB's presser. Sorry you couldn't dominate for 21 years. Is it really so hard to be even a teensy bit gracious after so much time? I hope we see many more pressers like that. I can get very used to seeing Belichick hold back tears as he struggles to say "they were okay."
  7. Belichick really could have done better in that presser. And I mean that seriously. He's a grown man. Man up and give a team that you have owned some credit, and give an outstanding QB some real props. That was embarrassing. A sore loser through & through.
  8. I like Jonathan's look there. Kind of, "Oh, man - this won't be as easy as I thought...." Pats are in a full-on rebuild.
  9. MAJOR props to Ryan Clark. He wasn't even hesitant. Some guys still can't come around on Allen, despite the obvious.
  10. Anyone watching BB? He looks like he's going to cry....
  11. The best part is BB not being able to do a single thing. He's outclassed, and can't stop it. The Bills have flipped the script.
  12. I hope we do this every year, twice a year, for 100 years....
  13. Can we get this man back in the MVP conversation?
  14. I need to chase this feeling....
  15. 1st team to sweep the Pats in 20 years. Get used to it, clam junkies.
  16. Oh, how I have dreamed of this day...
  17. Fellas - seeing BB lose it like that on the challenge, seeing Allen pick that D apart, Diggs tearing it up & getting in their face. blowing them out - it's awesome.
  18. Knox has been great since the drop.
  19. That pass by Allen was not an easy one. We've never been able to do that - at least in the new millenium.
  20. That drive was 100% redemption for Knox. JMHO
  21. Knox can still redeem himself - with a game-winning catch in the Super Bowl.
  22. I'm tellin' ya - they're the Jauron-era Bills now. Mediocre team, awesome punter.
  23. We haven't earned the luxury of toying w/ this team yet. Maybe in a few years.
  24. He's Vader. Great advice not just for this game, but for life....
  25. Chills, man. That was a great piece about the fans. I really love being a Bills fan. We ARE the best. It's not just an empty claim that any fanbase could make - we walk the walk.
