Play clock. See, an offense only has 40 seconds to snap the ball. This prevents a team to just bleed the clock for very long periods of time. Basketball has something similar. You have 10 seconds to bring it past half court. Half court is the dividing line of a full court. Equal of course. They also have a 24 second clock in which you have to get a shot off and at least hit the rim. As far as soccer…no one cares.

The defense is the most disappointing. Never expected the offense to be very good because they don’t have a line or QB. But you would think with the talent they have on defense, they could lean on that. Both sides of the ball, they s*** the bed down the stretch.

I don’t think the Browns can eat the contract. The dead cap would be so large that they wouldn’t be able to field a 53 man roster. I think they’re stuck for two more years. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
