Ben takes pay cut in new deal with Steelers

Are you hearing this Joshua Patrick Allen? How about $1 million a year from the Bills and Nike pays you $39 million a year? -
Our entire team got abused in the KC game. Allen was hurried or hit more times than any playoff QB in several years. Our WR's didn't separate. Our DL got overpowered again. Of course if Feliciano wants upper echelon money, then no, let him walk. If it's a reasonable contract, then yes, I would want him back. My bold prediction is he starts at center.

Overtime Rule Change Proposal

I just can't believe you guys don't like the college OT rules. I love it. -
Well if he's as bad as you say he is, then we won't resign him and he will probably get back up money somewhere in the range of what Ike Boettger would make on the open market. Scott, if you see it on the broadcast view then every GM/scout will see him getting abused on film when they specifically study him.

Eagles submit rules change to onside kick
Royale with Cheese replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I can't imagine the feeling of losing a game because the 4th and 15, you get a bogus PI or roughing the passer. It should be a low percentage play so I think they should just go to the old format....stop overcomplicating this game. Or we could put a garbage can out there and if the kicker can onside it inside it....you get the ball! -
They sat Morse when healthy lol. Yeah, Winters was also benched. Spain was also benched. He will move people around if he has to. Ryan Bates offers flexibility as well. He's not a star or anything but he's going to get a decent contract. The way you're talking, he should get league minimum. But you usually are very hard on Bills players....like you saying Zack Moss is an UDFA level player. Coaches aren't infallible but you're suggesting they don't have enough sense to understand the player needs to perform. "Well he's not very good when he plays and hurts us on the field...but he's tough so lets pay him a nice contract".

Imagine this coming to my Buffalo.... Just imagine the look the 80 year old conservative Catholics, who served in 'Nam seeing this during the game at the Ralph. "Get these knuckleheads off the field! Jesus Mary and Joseph, this is what's wrong with this country!" -
Gabe Jackson to be released

What if they cut Morse, move Feliciano to center at like $6 million a year? Gabe Jackson and Ford/Boettger/Rookie compete. -
Chris Brown believes Jackson was roommates with Mongo in Oakland/LA/Oakland/Las Vegas.

Future Buffalo Bill Kyle Rudolph

I think Beane made it clear that they are going to upgrade the tight ends in the offseason. Knox hasn't shown enough consistency to be any answer other than a #2....he just has the most unreliable hands. -

Because they’re going to pay Aaron Jones like $16 million a year. -
Fallon Fox - Transgender MMA fighter

Yeah it's not worth a lot. A competitive advantage doesn't mean they are invincible, it just means they aren't on level playing field, usually by an unnatural substance. There are MMA fighters who have tested positive for PED's and have lost. Does that mean they should allow steroids in fighting because they don't have a 100% win rate? https://sweetscienceoffighting.com/transgender-mma-fighters-time-to-stop-the-madness/ Do Transgender Athletes Have An Unfair Advantage? It has been shown that even after 24 months of testosterone suppression, transgender women maintain bone mass [1]. Bone mass may even be preserved over 12 years which suggests that sporting advantage from increased bone mass would be retained. No study has reported muscle loss greater than 12% with testosterone suppression, even studies that tested transgender male to females after 3 years of therapy [1]. After 12 months of testosterone suppression, muscle loss is only around 3-5% on average. Considering males have approximately 40% greater muscle mass than females, this reduction still leaves transgender athletes with a great advantage. Similarly, a reduction in handgrip strength of 7% and 9% after 12 and 24 months respectively has been found in transgender women [1]. Further, when transgender women had testosterone within a normal female range, a decrease of only 4% in grip strength was found after 12 months of hormone therapy. This lead to transgender women being in the top 10% of female grip strength scores. Further, transgender women remained 50% stronger than females after 12 months of testosterone suppression in the lower body [1]. Even 3 years after sex reassignment surgery and 8 years of hormone treatment, transgender women have been found to still be in the top 10% of females regarding lean body mass and have a 25% stronger grip [1]. These data suggest that strength, lean mass, and skeletal structure are maintained to a higher degree than the average female even in the long term for transgender women giving them a strength advantage. Unfortunately, no controlled research has investigated the effect of testosterone suppression on endurance performance.
