  1. From the guaranteed money stand point, the Browns increased it by 53% from the previous high. So if owners really don’t care, I guess we should expect a 53% increase every year on contracts. They’ll be cool with it. So at that pace, we should expect a fully guaranteed billion dollar contract in what…4 years? Or since they really don’t care about the money….everybody gets fully guaranteed contracts. I also never said punish either. You keep putting words in my mouth.
  2. For the same reasons? How much would you be pulling for Watson to help the Browns win if one of the accusers was a family member?
  3. It's a 53% increase from Rodgers contract. 10% is probably considered high.
  4. My neighbor is Lebanese originally from Mississippi. She has a major southern accent and very dark skin. My new dog keeps chewing up my shuttlecocks.
  5. I'm not Irish, I'm Korean. Not sure if I ever told anyone on this board that.
  6. You clearly stated that "they probably felt like it was a non-starter in their negotiations" so you even believe something was preventing them. Yes, they clearly would mind. You're trying to argue that they are okay with paying more and it doesn't matter. What the Browns offered potentially forces teams with QB contracts coming up to pay more. To argue that the Chargers (or any team with QB coming up in a contract year) don't care they have pay Herbert north of $230,000 million fully guaranteed when under the normal scale $160 million or so would have been the market rate...is insane. That's like saying people that are paying $50,000 over listing to get the house they want, don't care that they had to because they paid it anyway. Come on. Eventually someone would have gotten $230,000 million but you're talking like 10 years from now.
  7. . You think that maybe they didn't because no one else in this history of the NFL got a $200+ million guaranteed contract? But now since there is one, that changes? Do you think that the Bengals and Chargers would prefer paying Burrow/Herbert $160 million guaranteed or they actually want to go above $230 million?
  8. Why didn't Aaron Rodgers or Josh Allen do it? Why aren't any other franchise QB's on fully 100% guaranteed contracts? Watson getting his with his baggage means it will turn the market. Why would Burrow or Herbert accept "traditional contracts" if Watson didn't and got a fully guaranteed contract at the highest in NFL history? Cincy or LA would risk losing their franchise QB's?
  9. Usually about 3-4 times a week. But I have to stop because I have a competition I'm doing on September 10th and I need to lose about 15 lbs. But I'm going to eat dinner at McDonald's tonight.
  10. I was on beta blockers only for a few months years ago when I had this issue. Yeah, I work out a ton. It's been 8 years since I was on those beta blockers. I had virus that attacked my thyroid.
  11. I disagree with that...especially if you have a contract coming up with a QB.
  12. I don't think it would. It's more of being a "karma" for the Browns for resetting the market stupidly. Paid all that money and losing 3 first round picks and not getting any ROI from it.
  13. He's talking about the massive $80 million dollar jump above Rodgers who was #2 in guaranteed money. Rodgers got a little more than Allen and Allen got $9 million more than Mahomes. Watson got $80 million more than Rodgers.
  14. I wonder if the mobsters in 2020 had to do their racketeering from home?
  15. Barry Pepper > Sean Connery
  16. Much, much better mafia movie.
  17. What a terrible movie. I'm a huge DeNiro and Mafia movies fan but this was more Unwatchable than Untouchable.
  18. Can you have issues if your heart is below the normal range? I'm currently in the 50's. I had a rare infection about 10 years ago where my heartrate was at around 130....I lost a lot of weight. The doctors put me on beta blockers before I heart was normal.
  19. Yes. Babe Ruth was 6"1 and 215 lbs. That is probably average today but big back then. With todays training, he could have added easily 20-25 lbs of muscle. Today's hitting coaches would have shortened his stride and swing. Hitting the ball further is more bat speed than strength. He had incredible bat speed with a 40 or so oz bat. The only hitter I think back in that era that could have hit today's pitching as is was Ted Williams.
  20. The update I wanted to hear.
  21. Im competing on September 10th so I have to cut it back like to 3 times a week. Its gonna be tough.
