  1. The stats guy is also slow. It will take another day or two to add the 4 receptions to his career.
  2. And he has Andy Reid as his offensive coach….the genius.
  3. I don't like the rule but it's the rule. The ruling on the field was correct.
  4. Not arguing you with this anymore. You avoid quotes and replies when you don't have an answer. You purposely didn't include the quote below. This is as bad as you saying PFF evaluates offensive lineman better than Andy Reid. "An effective start and initial acceleration can set the table for the rest of the run. Optimizing force application, the switching of limbs, and maximizing momentum early on can allow a seamless transition to max velocity (top speed) and an optimal balance between stride length and stride frequency." When professional athletes stop hiring speed coaches and hiring physicists and mathematicians, then we can pick up this conversation. A baker and cookie analogy....lol. Because they are in the same level as complexity. Geezus MENSA.
  5. Slow as molasses....
  6. The start is the foundation and sets the rest of the sprint....it's everything. If Keon didn't stumble, his top speed would have been faster. I was a speed guy in high school and college, I know what I am talking about. You don't. "An effective start and initial acceleration can set the table for the rest of the run. Optimizing force application, the switching of limbs, and maximizing momentum early on can allow a seamless transition to max velocity (top speed) and an optimal balance between stride length and stride frequency." https://simplifaster.com/articles/the-standing-start-and-training-for-a-fast-40-yard-dash/ https://richsadiv.com/preparing-for-the-nfl-combine-the-40-yard-dash/#:~:text=Training Focus, for as long as possible. "The most important part of the 40 is the first three steps, as this will set up acceleration for the remaining 14-20 strides. The key coaching cue is to think of how a plane takes off. This mental guide should help the athlete stay in acceleration for as long as possible." Again, you didn't answer my question. When have you ever trained in the 40?
  7. He is getting the same push off after he regained his composure than a guy starting in a track stance? Lol
  8. Mensa…full of **** Are you seriously saying an athlete in a track stance is equivalent to a guy stumbling getting up to speed? The first 3-5 steps are the most important. The push off is everything. I have been professionally trained to run a 40. Have you? I was a sports training facility being coached by a former Olympian. I was in the same speed training group with former MLB player Eric Young and Georgia Tech RB Joe Burns. Tell me what your experience in the 40 is. You start in a track stance because its the fastest way to do it. Stumbling and getting up to speed is equivalent lol.
  9. Not the first 40 yards which is what a 40 at a combine is measured.
  10. I do understand how this is even a debate. You don’t have anywhere the burst after stumbling. Its easy to tell on here ones who are not athletes.
  11. You don't think this is all they do...do you? How do you think most of the skilled position players are ripped?
  12. How many massage rooms will there be in the building?
  13. All the NFL teams offer free snacks in the locker room. If you play for Mike McDaniel, get those snacks early or there won't be much left except something with raisins.
  14. He has been a very good player for us. Not only do I like his play, he has created a rivalry with the Jets. The AFCE has been boring and now he's under the skin of every Jets defensive player....not there's energy in the game.
  15. He should have been a high 1st round pick with his ability but since he's a total d'bag...he dropped.
  16. I went to the Bills bar with my son last night and it was full except outside patio. It was in the 50's and that is too cold to sit in without jacket. This one guy had a few seats at his table and allowed us to sit with him. I bought him a beer. My bill was $32.00 (I don't drink) and I gave the waitress a $12 tip because I sat I didn't run up a bill and was in her section for 4 hours.
  17. Aaron doesn't look like he's going to finish the season. Hopefully the Adams doesn't mind catching passes from Tyrod.
  18. It was a big offensive lineman. How does someone dive back first? His back is what made contact with the offensive lineman. Yep lol. The other thing I find funny is when we win but it was ugly, criticism. When teams like the Chiefs win ugly, they found a way to win lol.
  19. I don’t think Taron’s was a penalty either. He wasn’t going after the lineman’s legs, he was getting low bracing a hit from a 300 lbs man. He ducked and turned his back.
  20. Role player, easily replaceable.
  21. You specifically said the Chiefs don’t have any big names lol. Chris Jones has been one of the best Defensive players in the entire NFL for the last 5 years. Christian Benford right now is one of the best corners in the game. You are picking a handful of legendary players over the last 30 years to make your point. Why did you use the Chiefs as your current example and specifically saying they don’t have any game changers then??
  22. Chris Jones is just a role player?
  23. 6 of those players are day 2 and 3 picks. That is great value.
