It's because as soon as the ball is snapped, you're getting hit on both sides immediately. If you don't have great chemistry with the QB, I believe Mancz our 3rd stringer center was in, it's a risk. We already saw the miss snap with Van Rotten and now you're down to a 3rd stringer with the game on the line. I don't think it was McDaniels intention to keep the Bills on the field. They had a very aggressive and attacking defense against us....they kept blitzing. It's probably equally as tough for both in the sun. However when the Dolphins defense was off the field, they got to sit in the shade. Our players stayed in the sun.

When I was at the Titans MNF game last year, I saw Bass in warm ups hitting them from 60 and clearing the uprights by about 5-7 yards.

He played well in the opener. Struggled against the Titans. Was dead playing the Dolphins. We'll see how the rest of the year plays out. If he continues to struggle, the we put Quessenbarry in.

The Dolphins pressure rate was poor before us...we had back up and exhausted lineman early. I think Spencer Brown was gassed in the first quarter. But we'll see.

I can agree with this post. For Josh Allen specifically, I count the Chiefs playoff game last year. He was clutch and he was let down by the special teams and defense. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else in The $25,000 Pyramid.
