  1. Jackson Mahomes is worth millions himself because he has a million followers. He can afford the $20,000 easily. She would sue for significantly more than $20,000.
  2. You think $20k is enough for the brother of a Mega Super Star QB? She would get like $3,000 after Lawyer fees.
  3. I doubt it. Pat is probably used to him being a DB.
  4. The Gestapo was part of a genocide and at war with the world. The mob is at war with other mob and organized crime. I'm sorry, the comparison is a bit extreme. You have teams named after Native American Indians, the same Indians who were at war with us and scalped people to death. San Diego State is named after the Aztecs who sacrificed millions of humans in their peak. The Vikings used to pillage villages, kill children and rape women. Where is the line between acceptable or non-acceptable team/group names?
  5. Ummm…he might be in deeper water than originally thought. https://twitter.com/nfl_dovkleiman/status/1658543631664332800?s=46&t=WlqwVN2bVq7mXd00IAHy6A
  6. I do eat rice almost every day. We only have a few games that I could see that won't be on national TV with either a prime time game, 4:00 pm game or just potentially game of the week. I am not ordering the ticket.
  7. Now because I am emotionally invested. I can watch every Bills game and sports coverage is much more. Social Media does suck a lot but at the same time, you get to know some players in which makes you more emotionally invested. Its easy to cheer for likeable guys. I grew up in the 90's outside of Buffalo so I only got to see nationally televised games which was usually 6-8 a year. We used to get Shout and that would come a week after the game. Now I see every game. See instant highlights any time. Listen to WGR because streaming exists. I know our starters in every position, where they went to college and generally what round they were drafted in or team we signed them from. When you grow up outside of Buffalo in the 90's, you didn't get any media coverage outside of ESPN few segments. Now it's literally 24/7.
  8. I've lost 2 in my life as an adult and it was devastating both times. My last one back in 2018, I was actually giving her chest compressions because she stopped breathing...she had a heart attack. I have two more now that are about 5 and 2 and I hate that I am already thinking about that day. It hurts because you cared. Your pet is only a small fraction of your life in terms on length but keep in mind you were his/her WHOLE life and that life was wonderful for them because of you. 100%. It was so much harder on me when my dog died than my grandmas. It wasn't that I had a bad relationship with my grandmother, she was great. We never really connected because she didn't speak english so we never communicated. It was head nodding and calling my mom to translate anything important. I was just sort of around. I was so much more emotionally connected with my dog.
  9. The problem is like 150 years from now, its gonna be like $3,000 a month with inflation. How are we going to afford it then???
  10. I won't cry if they did it that way but I can't watch another man being beaten to death. He deserves it but I'm not watching it.
  11. They were superior soldiers fighting slaves to the death. That's awful. It would be like watching Canelo Alvarez get inside the ring and have him fight untrained Johnny Car Jacker until he was brain dead. You would sign up for that if you're Canelo?
  12. Its not falling for it. Its just the reality. Hollywood glamorizes a lot of awful things. Gladiator is one of the most successful films of all time. The Vikings is a major hit show. Sons of Anarchy was a major hit show. Etc….
  13. Okay Karen. I never said these guys are great guys and admire them. I said I liked the name and bought into it.
  14. It started with Hollywood glamourizing it. They made the Mafia look cool. But I won't complain about it because I bought in and love the Mafia name.
  15. It was a pipe bro and not a bong. Major difference bro.
  16. Exactly. I think people still have the mindset that any tough team we face, we will lose and bank on beating the bad teams. This team is 46-18 since 2019! But if they are talking about 0-3 against those teams and not the first 3, my mistake. But still, just immediately thinking 0-3, especially when we've beaten the Chiefs two years in a row in the regular season. It's just being negative for the sake of being negative.
  17. If we start 0-3 then yes, McDermott deserves to be on the hot seat.
  18. 0-3 and we suck. Only 6 teams since 1980 have made the playoffs starting 0-3. Newcam with that statement legitimately believes we aren't even a playoff team.
  19. What is more likely? 3-0 and or 0-3 in your mind?
  20. I think I've been here since 2017? Well: Got divorced Lost the family dog but adopted two others. Bought two homes and one I'm leasing out. Had back surgery. Promoted once in Jiu Jitsu and about to be promoted again. Got "promoted" at work.
  21. 1992 Toyota Tercel 1998 Ford Mustang 1998 Ford Ranger 2000 Honda Accord 2008 Toyota Corolla 2009 Nissan Altima 2004 Toyota 4Runner 2017 Toyota Tacoma
  22. I think we are going to start seeing a trend of a higher % of athletes staying successful longer. Not saying this is DaQuan but players are taking care of themselves today better, improved training/nutrition with "Sports Scientists", advancements in medicine/surgery and continued less contact in practice...we're going to see players last longer. Jerry Rice was the first real one I remember with eating very healthy and strong work ethic...he was good until he was 40. I see Von Miller the same way. Kobe Bryant was that in the NBA. It's not that players back then were more lazy, the just didn't have the education. Today's players are much more aware how to take care of their bodies and usually have professional help. I've seen diet plans of professional athletes and it's literally a science. If we extended Jones lets say for 2 more years, I wouldn't be upset...especially if he's still effective this early on this year.
  23. If that’s what Harty produces statistically but also makes the deep safety have to peak and take a step his way…big win for the Bills. I would think that Harty would benefit someone like Kincaid the most.
  24. Yeah, it’s impossible for a player to have career years with new teams. What is everyone thinking? Jordan Poyer only had 2 INT’s in his career prior to coming into Buffalo. He was statistically proven to be worse than Corey Graham who he replaced. LOL for McDermott thinking Poyer would be able to replace Graham’s production. Stefon Diggs averaged about 75 catches and about 900 yards a season with MN. Is that what he’s averaging in Buffalo? I am not sure there is a more box score evaluator than you.
