This Team WAS The Best in the NFL

Then why are you blaming the trainers? -
Being that TJ Watt came back from a torn pec last year after I think 10 weeks gives me at least some hope that Jones can be back by the playoffs or late in the season.

If injuries can easily be prevented, then there would be no injuries. But you think torn ligaments and muscle can be prevented. That means it should never happen but yet it does to every team. -

Apparently. It’s unacceptable for this training staff not to have Milano’s bone strong enough to take on 300 lbs. -

The trainers didn’t strengthen Milano’s bone enough to prevent a 300 lbs rolling on his leg and breaking it? What exercise or stretch prevents 300 lbs coming on you? You are really reaching. -

No its not. Did you think we didn’t do the broken leg/torn knee ligament stretch or something? These have been impact or non-contact injuries. This isn’t on the training staff. -
He's completely right. Allen hasn't hit a deep ball to a WR in stride since the Steelers game last year. This happened in the playoffs last year which means it was before the Steelers game. This happened in week 17 last year so I believe it happened before the Steelers game. This was an underthrown ball 45 yards in the air to John Brown. Just imagine if Tyreek Hill was hit in stride in this play.

Worst possible outcome. Offense slept walk 55 minutes of the game. We lose Milano, Jones, Von and Floyd got hurt as well.

Benford (shoulder) questionable ??!!!
Royale with Cheese replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know. He isn’t playing either. -

It looked like it went out a little. Probably put back in place on the sideline and good enough to go back in. But from people I know that have this happen, once the adrenaline wears off and the next few days is bad. But I’ve never had it. -
Did you seriously go to London without me? I fit in a suitcase, I’ve tried it.

I’m actually surprised he’s even questionable. It looked bad when he was on the ground. -
Okay by this response, Micah Hyde had no excuse not playing through a herniated disc in his neck. I just want to make sure I understand.
-
Damn. I guess there wasn't an excuse for Micah Hyde to go on IR last year since he didn't break a bone or tear a muscle/ligament. Soft.
-
You have to think a little deeper than that. Bringing in a guy who had two teams get rid of him because of his attitude in 11 months is not worth any risk IMO. This is a Super Bowl favorite team that doesn't have problems scoring.
-
Dionte Johnson and even JuJu Smith Schuster were getting thrown to by the same QB's. They produced. Well Gabe Davis has 23 TD's and an 800 yard season at the same time and his effort isn't questioned....not to mention he was a depth player his first 3 years. Its more because you admitted that he can ruin a locker room which is why you hope it for the Dolphins. I know the locker room is strong but I believe that one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. Why chance it? I didn't want AB but would have been more open to him because he at least produced and played hard when he was on the field. I guess I just don't understand taking a risk on a non-producer who was a healthy scratch by a team who traded a 2nd round pick for him. You know how bad Cody Ford was and is and we got more value for him in return.
-
Randy Moss and TO are two really bad examples. These guys PRODUCED. These guys were putting up Hall of Fame numbers when they were traded. it's why Antonio Brown got multiple chances....he produced. Claypool hasn't produced as has been problem lol. My Tacoma story isn't ridiculous. Claypool was a 2nd round draft pick, traded for a 2nd round pick and then was made available for a 7th round pick 11 months later. That's a significant depreciation. 29 other teams could have offered a 6th rounder and no one did. Not much of a difference in 6th and 7th round picks and no team was willing to go up just a tad to get him.
-
I'm pointing that out because you typically get very stubborn with your opinions and argue as if you cannot be wrong. Its why you typically get argued against all the time. Doesn't it seem odd to you that he was available for almost nothing after trading a second round pick for him? If I presented you with a 2023 Toyota Tacoma for only $5,000. Would you think that's a great deal or there's something wrong with it?

Denver to release Randy Gregory.- UPDATE- traded to SF

9 sacks the last 3 years? -
I am wrong? So you believe Allen was making racist remarks because he quoted rap lyrics and an episode of Modern Family? Its racist for white kids to recite rap lyrics? I'm not thinking they need to be choir boys. If Claypool was good, you put up with his antics. He's an unproductive me player who has effort concerns. You want that guy? Why not have faith in this FO that they know they don't need Claypool and he's not worth it? They know their locker room more than you do. They know about him more than you do, I assure you. To the Bolded....What was your feeling about Bernard before the season?
-
Because that's the only thing that determines a real injury or not.
-
No, Allen didn't make racist comments. Post a video of Diggs kicking a man on the ground. I don't know about any story about Bennett. Oh those KC Chiefs who desperately need WR help. Why didn't they get him? I mean, wouldn't you say they have a bigger need at WR?

PFF says we have the 8th WORST pass rush?

Can you share a link? Really interesting. Am I reading Ed Oliver as a mediocre pass rusher correctly at 58 rating? -

This is true to an extent because you also have to take in context. You don't know what changes an offense will make when facing 2 starting corners vs 2 back up corners. What do offenses typically do against back up corners? They attack them. Well now against 2 back up corners, you have more open. Back up corners typically are separated on more so QB's see windows quicker. If the QB can get the ball out in under 2.5 seconds consistently, then the only pressure you're getting their are missed assignments and whiffs. I expect teams to get the ball our quickly against us and attack the corners....especially Elam. -
Are the Steelers a bad FO? I understand you're not criticizing the Bills Brass. If we were the 2018 Bills, yeah maybe. I just overall don't like players who have effort problems....like Dareus. He just seems like a "me" guy and I think with his antics, will hurt the Bills.
