If the Bills can get Allen at 12 then I would be ok with it but not love it. Jamarcus Russell, Kyle Boller, and the list goes on of QBs that got drafted high with a very strong arm. Senior Bowl Allen was hit and miss. He had two nice TD's late with touch throws to the back of the end zone. If the Bills are going to trade up, I hope they pick a QB that is more consistent and less of a project.

You are assuming that Darby would have played well in the new defensive scheme. If he is a better man corner than a zone corner, he would not have been a stand out to be worth any more.

If Beane did call about the #1 pick then he already has an idea of what it will cost to get the #1 pick. The #2 pick may look better knowing it will be cheaper but not cheap. I hope they have one player that they will be willing to spend the capital on and not just getting a top 5 pick so they can get one of the top 4 Qbs. If anyone could work out a deal with Gettleman it would be Beane. Maybe they have a deal ready to go if the Browns do not pick the player the Bills want.

I can see where Beane has been talking to Gettleman about what it would cost to move up to #2 but as far as some master trap for the Jets to fall into seems a bit much.

Getting a 3rd for Taylor was a great move by Beane. When Taylor first came to the Bills, he had hardly played at all. At least McCarron has a little bit of starting experience and is not afraid to throw the ball. Nobody should expect McCarron to come in and light it up. The Bills will get their QB in the draft. The Bills may take a step backwards until that rookie can show he can play. Building for the future.

I thought this too. Maybe resigning Bradham stretched out some money to help with the cap situation. I think the Eagles will be cutting or trading some players soon.

I think there are people on here that have played football and some that worked for the Bills but I dont think anyone on here actually knows what it takes to run a team. How could they? They dont have all the information that a GM or asst GM has to contend with in making decisions. People have opinions on here and that is about it.

Ivory will be a solid back for McCoy. He can catch the ball out the back field and can start if McCoy gets hurt.

I think the Bills need to take a QB but I dont want to give up a boat load of draft capital to do it. Trading up to #4 would be expensive unless the Bills can package Glenn in a trade. In a perfect world either Broncos or Jets sign Cousins so one team doesnt pick a QB. If the Bills dont move up, there will be some QB talent at 21. Who knows, maybe Allen or Mayfield slip a little further into the first round where it wouldnt so expensive to move up.

I cant see the Bills trading Shady unless the value was too good to pass up. Until the Bills get a QB, Shady is the Bills offense.

I have thought this way since mid season that the Bills are not a playoff caliber team. Good teams do not get blown out in multiple games during the season. The Bills got lucky that some plays went their way. I dont expect another playoff season next year but instead want to see the Bills build a team to be a contender within 3 yrs. Starts with QB.

Depends on what the Steelers are looking to get for him. He is talented and I would take him for a 5th or 6th round pick. I dont think he is going to stay quiet through another season of being the #3 WR.

I think one of these teams will sign Cousins to a mega deal. The rest of the FA QB's will most likely be bridge QB's so the other 5 will still be taking QB's in the draft. The best situation if the Bills want to move up is Denver signing cousins and trading their spot to Buffalo. I dont see Buffalo moving up to #2

I think it is going to come down to cost. What is it going to take to move up to get a QB. If the Bills do love Rosen, it will be expensive to move up but I hope they dont give away the farm to do it. The Bills need a franchise QB badly but they also have other holes. I guess we will see what they do in free agency.

I would be disgusted if the Bills basically gave up their draft this year and next. Even if Rosen is the best QB of the draft class, the Bills have too many other needs to fill to trade away that many picks.

I think that is giving up the farm. I dont see any scenario in which the Bills trade up into the top 5. It would be too costly. The Bills have too many holes that need to be filled

After the first couple QBs there isnt much of a difference in the next 5 QB's. It takes a good system, coach, and supporting cast for a QB to be successful. A QB doesnt have to be the top one or two prospects coming out of college to be a really good starting QB in the NFL.

I dont see the Eagle trading Foles unless some team stupidly over pays. Even then I dont see it happening until they know when Wentz is cleared to return. Foles getting traded is a story made up by the media

The Bills have 5 picks in the first three rounds. That should be 5 players that can either start right away or start within a year. One of the first or second round picks should be a QB. Add a couple pieces in free agency this off season and next off season. The Bils should be contending for the division within two seasons if they find the right QB.

I want to say McD may have found that out with Dennison and Tyrod so he hired Daboll. Now just time to get some weapons on offense.

People ignore the fact that even though Taylor decided to throw it instead of run it, he threw a terrible pass that wasnt even close to Benjamin. So if your not going to run it from the 1 yd line to take the lead, at least throw a ball that has a chance of being caught.

You have less confidence in drafting a QB but you have confidence in McCarron? It is going to be a long off season.

I dont think any OC can make Taylor throw the ball. Taylor should be traded or cut. Every defense he played against all said just contain him and make him be a QB.....what else is there to say?
