No way Bishop controlled it through the ground....that is silly. I definitively think the ground contact make it really close to incomplete but hitting the ground does mean it is automatically incomplete.

Chiefs have 17 first downs, and they have had 4 third downs.....

The chiefs get in second and short and hardly get to third down. They have to do something different.
