BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO -
Lets not get political and name calling. There are other places for that.

So is it because of the election or the protests or both? What was the reason for the big dip last year. I think it was the election.

Is the Pro Bowl worth going to?

I would think not....maybe if you get some player interaction for your kids they are excited about. The game itself is ridiculous. -
Interesting and optimistic point about our final record
Matt_In_NH replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
every team can woulda coulda shoulda themselves to some more wins. Just seeing his improvement from the beginning of the season til the end give me hope, lets not invent ways to make things better than they were. But seriously, how in the world do you think they win the Houston game with him in there? He was pretty bad that day, the offense was bad. They only had the lead because of Peterman. -
People love any WR who has good fantasy stats on their former team. Your key offensive weapon was not elected team MVP so leading up to the last game of the season, the spoiled B word throws a football at the QB, stops coming to meetings and practice, then shows up and expects to play. This is the guy a bunch of people want on this team? Not to mention his best years are behind him and this team is building for the future. Someone looks at the guy wrong and he is likely to throw a tantrum, the guy is a bum.

Jerry Hughes 5th in league in total pressures in 2018

He is a good player but the sacks are not there as you would expect. This guy is the master of the "almost sack" -

The Bills D was pretty good overall, it might not be sexy but they were successful -
Clay told he will be released this offseason?

Expected for sure. -
I agree if you look at total yards and TD's it looks decent. But what jumps out to me is 2765 passing yards as being awful low for NFL standards. Moving forward he will need to get more though the air and less on the ground to stay healthy but I also think that will happen. I like his leadership and win at all costs mentality. They need more talent on offense so that will help and from watching the first 6 vs last 6 games he played there was a noticeable improvement so if he continues that we may have something. Here is something he and the line improved on from the beginning of the season....sacks against. This was both due to Allen and the line improving. First 6 games: 23 sacks. Last 6 games: 7 sacks

i agree if you want to point to one thing, it is the defense, not the offense/Cousins. Cousins is not a throw everyone on his back and win no matter what type of QB, but I also dont think that is what they thought they were buying.

Why was Jordan Mills ejected??
Matt_In_NH replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That was the aftermath.....he did stuff before that -
I dont agree. It was a way bigger need last offseason and it got addressed. They will need to find a rotational guy in FA, could be Jordan Philips or similar. The needs of this team are on the other side of the ball. But if BPA is head and shoulders a defender then you have to do it regardless of position..... but then again that does not happen all that often.

Kyle Williams: Officially Retires
Matt_In_NH replied to Clemfield2622's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
hes 35 instead of 34 and has about 57 million instead of 52....all things considered not much difference there other than you reading into things. Jauron "almost won" LOL is that what we aspire to? Jauron had like 5 years too. you seem really upset for someone who takes losses like a big boy. The Bills are close to last place in the division, the Pats first in the division. The Pats were at home and needed to win while the Bills were in Christmas mode with nothing to play for other than pride. So one team is clearly better, playing at home and with something to play for and then you get surprised when they win handily. That is just silly. I saw exactly what I expected to see and it had no impact on my day. -

And that is all totally different than the first 13 years of his career? He just now realizes they cant beat NE? You seem butt hurt over last week though, not sure why, what exactly did you expect? -

I tend to doubt it -
Trades will be Beane's main focus, not free agency
Matt_In_NH replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trades are fine as long as we are not taking other peoples contracts they dont want cause the player is not performing.
