  1. I am sure they will be willing to move on from this problem child for a few firsts.
  2. The Patriots want Rosen, the Patriots want White, the Patriots want Mayfield, the Patriots want Jackson. Which is it?
  3. I am sure my post came off as some mock of Emmitt Smith but it was not meant to be. He was great but he also benefited from a great team around him that focused on running the ball. A lot of his TD's were based on a team that just dominated the other. The NFC did have better competition but they were the kings over a 4 year period. When it comes to recieving, Thurman had a much larger average, he was like a WR at times whereas Smith got his catches as a dump off. I wonder what would happen if they had switched teams but keep everything else the same? I actually think they were both the ideal RB for their offense.
  4. Emmitt was really durable and consistent and had more stats but Thurman was the better all around back. That Dallas team had the best OL in NFL history or close to it.
  5. I believe that was the original intent of nflticketexchange but no tickets ended up there.
  6. The signing bonus thing is interesting....I would have been quite surprised if they were going to release him. But if he knew he was going to retire he took what he could get in a bonus.
  7. So hes not a fast twitch guy...no big deal. The only thing I question is his thought process.....did he think he could just job away? LOL
  8. If they end up with a franchise QB the picks will be forgettable. If the guy busts then everyone will look in hindsight at the best player taken after each pick and say we have had 1,2,3,4,5.....
  9. Ralph was a lot of things, the truth is he was cheap when it came to football when compared to a lot of teams. Some will say that means he was not committed to winning but the truth also is you don't need to spend the most money to win. I heard Marv Levy give advice to Frank Reich and he said something like "Its not a great QB that wins, its not a great defense that wins its not great talent that wins, IT'S TOTAL ORGANIZATION". Ralph was not a football die hard, he was a businessman and ran the Bills to make money first, winning was second. But he left the team to stay in Buffalo and we all need to be thankful towards him him for that.I heard Polian tell a story once when he said they signed one of the greats from the early 90's team that was over the budget Ralph gave him. Ralph was on vacation in France or something but Polian did the contract anyway. When Ralph got back he was furious but nothing really happened other than him having a temper tantrum. So yeah he did not give the team a blank check but I am not sure cheap is the right word to describe him as an NFL owner.Sullivan is not always wrong but I have heard him interview too and he is a total downer. I'm fine with being realistic but the guy is just a miserable human being, not sure why but he chooses negativity over positivism every time.
  10. Having a "bunch of guys" wont win you games, a franchise QB will. Also, They wont have to give that list of picks away
  11. Mayfield is not like Tyrod, that is what we are talking about. Well that is what I am talking about anyway.
  12. With the amount of work he gets he should try and get every dime he can while young, his earning years are short as an RB
  13. He is absolutely not like Tyrod, Mayfield throws on time and in rhythm from the pocket a lot more than his reputation seems to say.
  14. I am pretty sure the draft will go QB QB QB. Hopefully the Bills are that middle team
