  1. no guarantee buffalo recovers in the end zone there....even with a fumble, it could have ended in a safety. There were so many critical plays in that game that all seemed to go the Giants way. For me the inability of the Bills D to get off the field on third down is what I remember most. I would think the Dolphins
  2. something tells me similar "drama" happens every day in NFL locker rooms, just maybe not via insta-twitter bombs.
  3. Today Leon seals would have been permanently banned and hostettler would not have been able to return.
  4. You have to be unpredictable, it's fine. The defense is doing great. Here is BJ Raji in pass coverage.
  5. Not surprised. Vrabel is a hard ass. Anyone remember when he was in hard knocks? Do you know what a !@#$ing ram is????? When I say ram you !@#$ing ram!!!!!!!!!
  6. Does scoring high on a wonderlic really have anything to do with reading/reacting after the snap of a football? The wonderlic is timed and you have no knowledge of the questions ahead of time. I get it, he has the intelligence to understand defenses but the visual/spatial processing that must occur in milliseconds is not something that is demonstrated on a wonderlic test. I mean, if he scored at the bottom that would be one thing but anyone in the top 25% can understand and read defenses, probably even a bigger percentage. Making conclusions about the ability to be a good NFL Qb based on a score of 34 vs 37 is useless. Not true, Sure picking a guy with a 100 rating vs a guy with a 95 rating may not be clear in absolute rankings. But when a guy has a 60 rating, he is no good and the offense sucks 100% of the time. The guy can improve, especially if he is young but you can be assure an offense with a QB who has a rating of 60 is not something you want ever.
  7. WR is a deficiiency but its not as bad as people are saying. At one point the Bills had good wideouts yet fans still found problems with them. Woods(A blocker with a WR number), Hogan(just alacrosse player who would not make it on other teams), Watkins (Cant be healthy) and Goodwin (glass doll) were all together. This is how I see it A good QB can make WR's Good WR's can not make a QB Always fix the QB problem first, always. You have to start with QB. And while it is still too early to tell with Allen, the number one problem with the Bills offense right now is QB, not WR, not OL, not TE. The general lack of talent on offense is part of the problem too but the great QB's find ways to make the WR's available to them work.
  8. Not enough are on target/catch able, moreover they are not on time. You think Allen's bad stats are all caused by WR's? If you were to objectively compare the in-completion stats you mentioned against the rest of the league they will show you. he has a 60 QB rating completing 53% of his passes, believe its all the WR if you want, the truth is he has a lot to improve upon himself.
  9. I see that at times but I also see balls thrown on time and in a place that give the WR a chance to compete. The number one problem with the Bills is the QB (I know this will not be a popular opinion here), the balls are often no where near catch able by anyone.
  10. Rodgers made a point to say they needed throw to Davante Adams more because "the Bills" (Read Tre White) could not stop him. I think he was taking a short at White after White talked himself up during the week.
  11. They should just run the phily special......Allen has some wheels, that could work well.
  12. But Peterman completed 80% in the preseason, why is this needed>???
  13. what was Josh Allen? That is the key to everything.
  14. The reality is there is somewhere near 100% chance we see Peterman again due to injury. Between the OL play, the running plays and Allen's reckless style he is virtually guaranteed an injury at some point. How this team has not signed another vet is confusing to me.
  15. Looks like the bills are rubbing off on the Sabre’s. Or is it the other way around? Hmmmmm
  16. Well the thread topic is counting this year as well so why wouldn't we count all the wins over both years? Yeah they are a worse team this year just based on talent they have lost. They also offloaded a bunch of talent last year. Is McDermott a good coach? I have some doubts as do you it sounds like. We have no choice but to let it play out so even though I have doubts I also have reasons to think he can turn out good. But it wont be this year. The key to everything is Josh Allen. If he busts, so does McDermott.
  17. When? last year 9 games, this year 1. Lets do the math: 9 + 1 = 10. Maybe you do math another way, Dalton style or something.
  18. He has also managed to win 10 games with inferior talent....guess its how you want to look at it.
