  1. Last year 30 million dollar salary with 0 dead cap. Lol.
  2. So why didn’t they give him the contract the raiders did if the cap is not real? It’s a business with constraints.
  3. So in the end Watson loses a season of playing (but was paid) and public reputation. But comes out way ahead financially. Interesting.
  4. Only saw that once or twice because I do t really watch ESPN. But I think that is the funniest commercial I had ever seen.
  5. That contract is sick. Obviously that is what turned things in the browns favor. And he won’t lose much in a suspension since the salary is one million…
  6. Any word on his or Phillips contract numbers?
  7. Post June 1 or take your medicine this year?
  8. His value is also in his versatility as a backup center, they let Feliciano go also who can play center, so this would create a hole. It will not be the end of the season or something they cannot overcome but it will force the Bills to do something.
  9. Ask rodgers the packers and Adams.
  10. Make him an offer he "can't" refuse......
  11. First world problems.
  12. I bet Millers cap number next year is less than 17 million and you get to pick a player in the second round still. With these high priced guys you need guys on rookie deals who can play.
  13. You can borrow from future years cap to add cap this year, that is what is happening. If you do it somewhat responsibly and the cap goes up (the NFL grows) then you can get away with it. If you are a drunken sailer it will catch up with you in a bad way eventually. Teams go through "resets", etc from time to time, the Bills did that in Allen's rookie year. Fans and sometimes GM's play the role of spoiled brats who demand their parents go into lots of debt to have all the toys they want today. This all reduces what is possible in future offseasons.
  14. If he can become anything close to what he was supposed to be.......
  15. We still don't know what Saffold got, we also know the first three years are 53 million so that is about 18 million per. Some restructures are coming and probably Beasley is an ex Bill. I love the player, the money though.............
  16. He ain’t getting all that money. But this is pretty cool
  17. If they keep Beasley I would think you add via draft. We don’t need another Sanders to take play time from Davis. Develop a guy on a roomie contract. Vets become available in the event of an injury.
  18. Gross, how could you?
  19. Do we know the contract details? I think one year, but how much?
  20. Ao mckenzie got 2 years and 4.4 million? Thought it was 8 million.
  21. The OL struggled last year at times but down the stretch the five they had were playing quite well in both pass pro and run blocking down the stretch. What changes do you want to see from the starting 5? Interior backups will look different but I am good with Dawkins, Bates, Morse, Williams, Brown as starters. I think they still have to tender Bates. Morse and Williams have decent cap numbers you could move on from but you also create a hole by doing so. Williams stays because he can play tackle in my opinion but I would not find it shocking if they moved on depending on who they want to sign in FA. Bates also has versatility. In short, I think they need to add younger guys to develop inside like they did last year at tackle but OL is not a huge need.
  22. Ok fine. Can we change his position to “holder”?
  23. Beasley or McKenzie or another competent NFL vet and a draft pick to go along with Diggs, Davis and Kumerow.
