My wife and 9 year old daughters who are not sports fans knew I wanted the bills to make the playoffs. I finished watching the bills win and it came down to Bengals Ravens which was not trending well so I was kind of dejected looking watching the Bengals and she asked did yhe bills win? Yes I replied. So they are in the playoffs? Nope probably not. Then That play happened and I reacted like all bills fans jumped out of my seat cheering. “The’re In the playoffs now”! She was staring at the tv knowing the Bills were not on the screen sincerely confused. Again. Not a sports fans did not know about tie breakers and why I cared about the bengals.

I know this is about All Pro but after reading the post and watching what the pro bowl has become, I am of the opinion the Pro Bowl should be done by some kind of independent analysis that grades players on each play and ranks them. There would still be beef's but you can make a much better roster than what we have today. Make the fan votes some other thing altogether. Even the player component is flawed, NFL players dont necessarily know what is going on with other players and will be swayed by the experience they had against that guy (or the guy on their team) rather than a comprehensive analysis. oh yeah, and you get no credit for being an alternate who plays in the game.

I remember these threads duri go the drought where the bills would win the division by “flipping” a few plays. when every team plays this game you end up with 70% of nfl games having two winners.

What do you mean "got punked"? Its not like they gave it to Damien Harris (who could have been nominated). This stuff is subjective, Brandt builds up all the candidates and they vote. Is this the current state/yet another example of "media disrespect" towards the Bills?

If they lose another game they will have 7 losses, which is no guarantee of playoffs for sure. At this point, if they can't win these two home games against weak opponents what would we have anyway?

The Bills will be the 3 seed.

In reality they scored a TD in that sequence, they forced a 3 and out and then drove and scored on a short field, TD to Diggs. It is interesting how close the game stayed even though the Bills kept driving and scoring.

The Bills have lost the ability to do a QB sneak this year which kinda sucks. Every team can do it against the Bills no problem. They need to add beef interior next offseason.

The chances the nfl changes the rules is small IMO. But it is Covid and things can change at a moments notice. They are almost to the end though. I could see different rules for post season maybe.
