Greg Rousseau Extended (4 years / 80M / 54M Guaranteed)
Matt_In_NH replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
They have likely negotiated and are apart in AAV resulting in cooks social media stuff. These other guys are more realistic on their value. So maybe he feels like these guys are getting screwed? -
I think there is more optimsim with him because he won the swing tackle job over Vandemark who the Bills seem to really like. Neither of these guys has enough real snaps for us to really know but the Bills staff has told us they are high on him. Look at Christian Benford, is he a development guy? He was a a 6th round pick who immediately popped, it happens. Not all 6th round picks are just "development guys"

So let’s sign a bunch of random has been 33 year old receivers? One long completion is not really a good measure. TO probably didn’t average 50 yards a game if you take away that play.
-
He is on the wrong side of 33...........

DK Metcalf requests trade to a contender

2023 there was a huge deficiency due to injuries.....but blaming injuries for 2024 is ridiculous IMO. Yes Rapp and Bendford got injured....but overall the Bills had all the rest of their starters from day one. The Chiefs did not make excuses that Rashee Rice, Sky Moore and Mecole Hardman were on IR. If you are going to always point to the one or two injuries then you will 100% always have your excuse in hand. NFL football is a 100% injury sport. Rapp and Benford should have been overcome, they are not the reason the Bills lost the game. -

I think the Bengals may be good with him on a one year 26M deal, after that trade would be next. -

I want to say yes but the holding pro bowl guy does not seem to get consideration...Ruben Brown. -
The problem is not as much his ability (although that has diminished a lot), the problem is his personality and attitude and I don't think you are changing that at this point.

Rodgers came in there blew the place up and drop a stinky load on the floor on the way out. -
The tender number is too high for him....

Measuring and spotting are two different things. Measuring is not typically controversial and this is about measuring. Nothing is being done about spotting which is where controversies are.
-
Why do you think that would have changed it? There wasn’t even a measurement.

Who was the Bills next best edge rusher after Bruce?

Came to say this. One year defensive mvp then fell off the face of the earth. -
Seriously, we should thank the NFL.

NFL will make all games available on stream in 2025.

The current TV contracts go out to 2033....while I agree they will try to drive more streaming revenue, the "free" broadcasts are critical to get new and keep existing fans. And in reality it is not free, the networks dont pay that money to give it for free. They pay it to get eyeballs on the screen for there advertisers which influence you. -
your money is on the team that stopped it?

Nfl Sunday ticket has two windows 1 pm and 4 pm games. That is it. You cannot watch 10 games at the same time. They give them all to you a dyou get to pick. The product is purchased by people like you and me nearly exclusively….out of market fans. A large percentage of people just want to watch their team. How many people really have 6 tvs set up in their living room?
