  1. Not sure how likely or possible that is. The inheritance tax is very restrictive.
  2. I picture him doing that "tongue thing" https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTOKE_xfILXxzFzCs4ewdd4zyB728Jj4DQBzQ&s
  3. The cap hits in future years get adjusted all the time. You think he will have a 97M cap hit in 29? That is just what it says on paper, same wth 2030, it will be north of 27M. He will get a redone deal probably after this year. Unless he wants to just "be nice" he deserves to have an AAV approaching 60M, it will happen in due time.
  4. Not super confident in Bass but slight over-reactions are possible in June.
  5. I think the main reason is he just was not passionate about being an NFL player.....he just happened to be blessed with physical abilities. This is part of what teams try to evaluate when going through the draft process....does the guy want it emotionally/psychologically?
  6. He does from me.....not sure about his 45 kids though
  7. Not only no, he is not necessarily destined to get there either.
  8. Lets get a poll to see if people think McDermott should be fired
  9. You never watch 17 games of your team on Sunday ticket...there are prime time games, national games, games just on in your local market for your team etc. I live out of market in New England, I got 16 of 17 games last year....literally only one would have been Sunday ticket, this year the number will be 4-5. So the math becomes $100ish per game....
  10. I always laugh at the a la carte crowd....whey dont they do it? Because the vast majority of subs are buying it for their team only already. The fact you get a second window to watch whatever is on is nice but most would not pay for that.
  11. No he was never on the 53. He was a practice squad player and had a couple of call ups. That does not count as being on the 53. If you want to count practice squad the. You can add a few but that is not how it works.
  12. They had 5 last year. 6 is questionable.......
  13. Phillip Rivers, Mac Jones and Lamar Jackson are all starters, not sure I understand your point. Do you mean elite QB's?
  14. I understand your frustration. But I also think if you step back and really look at it logically they are not that far off, in fact I will say maybe a little unlucky. Nobody in the NFL plays the Chiefs better than the Bills consistently. In 7 matchups McD/Allen and Reid/Mahomes is 4-3 in favor of the Chiefs. The problem is the playoff losses. The last two were coin flip games. Is the defense bad in those games? Yep and you are right that is where they need to get better. It is not 15 number 1 WR's. Marino broke it down well. The breaking point for most fans is gone but they are not making the decisions. But if we listen to the fans we would have 5-6 head coaches each year, a bunch would be fired during halftime. I think you have to be willing to look a little deeper "lost in playoffs 4 times fire coach"
  15. Reid is better, no argument from me. The Chiefs and Reid are the 90's Bulls and the Bills are the Knicks or Jazz. Hopefully it does not stay that way. IMO rotating the coach out is much more likely to make it worse not better. I am not content with the results, they need to break through.
  16. So the Bills were a less stinky pile of poo and that is a big difference? If you cannot see the team has had a dramatic change is performance pre and post McDermott then there is no help. I will take 1 SB.
