  1. Exactly, it is quite obvious this was McDermott's decision and it was not made because of that one game. It did help deflect dealing wiht more scrutiny of 12 guys on the field.
  2. One, vs the Giants. But late TD vs the Pats in the 4th to take the lead, one vs the Broncos to take the lead. 14 fourth quarter points and a game winning drve vs the Giants. Technically he gets no credit for 2 TD's in the last two minutes of the 13 seconds game. But Josh has performed really well in 4th quarters, that is a positive that has happened this season. The fact the defense has failed in all these cases sucks and you can say he has none if you want to play it that way. Pro Football Reference lists 16 game winning drives for Allen over his 5.5 years. Allen is off this year but he has been good late in games. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/A/AlleJo02.htm
  3. And we will need a holder too
  4. Probably. With the way the season and that game went, there needed to be a fall guy....the offense really has no excuses, they have the talent and are not injured. I am ok with moving on from Dorsey but firing him has worked well to deflect from the 12 man penalty that he had nothing to do with.
  5. No Jauron fan here but Beane and McDermott say this too. As do many other NFL people.
  6. I am convinced if fans ran the team we would have 4-5 DC's and OC's each game. As soon as a negative play occurs you fire the current coordinator and cycle in the next one. For the record, I agree this was a terrible call.
  7. its not fallacy, two things being correlated does not mean event A caused event B. It is not very logical that Dawson Knox is the key to the Bills offensive success.
  8. His body language gives off depressed vibes IMO, his energy is different but at the same time he is performing in a lot of ways. It is weird. I know everyone wanted Dorsey gone and they got that wish.....but he is a scapegoat of sorts. There are a lot of advanced stats that show the Bills are very good on offense, the problem is they keep making critical mistakes.
  9. He had two fumbles, Josh had one fumble and two INT's.
  10. What is Brady's personality, is he strong/dominant? I viewed Dorsey as someone who tried to be Josh's friend which I don't think worked out well.
  11. Actually he is because he cares. You are right about the finances
  12. Just here to say this was a terrible call, could not believe what I was seeing presnap. You really think you are gonna get a vet QB like Wilson on that twice in a row?
  13. Nice work, you cracked the case
  14. His INT percentage is up this year a lot....on an offense that is running the ball better with running backs....on an offense that added two legitimate guards and now has a good OL....on an offense that added a dynamic TE. Dorsey is getting the heat and will probably be fired soon but something is not right with Josh. The weird press conferences...Mitch Morse coming out with him last night....he has blank look when he goes to the sideline. My opinion is something emotional/mental is going on with him that is not known. A lot of his numbers look fine but the body language says otherwise. During this bad streak, when the Bills need to score to get back in it, he has been money. I have not seen him wince the last two games....he could be getting an injection of some sort and he definitely protected it vs the Bengals on runs. Last night I never thought he was protecting the shoulder. The INT vs the Bengals and the on before the half last night were bad throws and bad decisions...as was the one at the beginning of the game that was nearly picked. Cannot blame the shoulder for making the wrong decision.
  15. I slept fine, thanks for asking. Glad your kid's team did so well, I am sure you are proud, you should be.
  16. They got the call right on the field. But the refs announcing the call was all messed up
  17. Looks like you read the forum and summarized the most common posts. Deep!
  18. Josh’s turnover rate is way up this year. Which is odd with the shorter passes. Maybe it is sample size but I was hoping for a decrease.
  19. Turnovers and penalties is how you lose. Always has been.
  20. Another named game for the record books 12 men
  21. Poyer needed to square up
  22. Paul McCartney coaches the.broncos.
  23. Defense needs to win this one.
