This is mostly related to depth of target and once that goes up ( I think it will over time), his other numbers will also change. It is clear he is a great talent to me but we need to temper expectations as he is a rookie. I know Laporta is a rookie too but both are having great years for rookie TE's, Laporta is just blowing it out of the water.

They will have to replace Gabe and drafting a young talent on a rookie deal is a good way to do that. Josh Allen was terrible vs the Pats. I have not seen much discussion but the laterals when he is being tackled was not good decision making. Sure one "worked", still should not have been done IMO. The second one was desperation at a time we did not need desperation and he ended up fumbling, that could have gone the other way easily. On top of that he was just off with ball placement and late with throws....we will need a better form of Josh this week.

I think he can grow into a good slot guy but the Bills will need to try to find a higher end outside WR2 guy. Shakir is more a technician without any special traits like size/speed/separation ability, he is a guy we want around but not a 1 or 2.

Unless they win the SB.....that is the one and only thing that will shut (most) people up. I am not a fire him guy but the chances of getting a Bullough are pretty much zero. Coaches will be falling all over themselves to get the job with the freedom the owner allows and the guy they have at QB.
