  1. That is Elway so good call there. Josh also has the most starts before ever starting a SB which will continue to grow. This stuff will get talked about come playoff time this year.
  2. Panic!!!!!!!!!
  3. Im eating soup............with my hands while wearing shoes
  4. I am assuming Hollins will be back.
  5. So a good route runner but not a burner at all.....looks like we wont have that on the outside....
  6. Yesterday was illegal tampering, someone that is more normal than "legal tampering" to me.
  7. But what about X? Maybe he layed off too many? LOL
  8. I dont doubt he wants to play for a contender....but everyone has a price! THink about it, you might decide to quit and work for a competitor that you know is a better company but if the existing company offers you enough you might change your mind. It's just business.
  9. When you consider Josh's playoff performance I cannot disagree with you.
  10. Not me.........I do think he should do it privately vs publicly.........
  11. And it also makes sense the team need to weigh if that is in the best interest of the team. I don't begrudge any player from getting what they can but it takes two to tango. Lots of guys play in the NFL and wont make what James Cook will in 2025 on his current deal.
  12. I believe if they keep competing at a championship level like they have the odds of them getting one are really good. The play the Chiefs tight every time, yet the Bills win regular season and Chiefs win playoffs....people love to say its superior coaching, maybe it is....and maybe its a bit of happenstance. Why does the superior coaching of the Chiefs not work in the regular season? The other thing is the organization does not just sit on their hands doing the same thing over and over, they do try and learn from what has happened and address things. Looked it up....it is in fact non other than Josh Allen.
  13. It always depends. There are different reasons for an extension or new contract. In this case he deserved a raise now and is getting it. The point is you make his contract more in line with others which helps keep him in Buffalo and at the same time you free up space now. It is also team friendly when you look at the Dak deal…others also. Diggs got rises nearly every year. Other guys get extensions. Do you feel he should have been forced to complete the previous deal? Cause that was never gonna happen.
  14. Team friendly only 55M AAV! lol sounds crazy to say that but I think it is true.
  15. He is gonna be mid to high 30's AAV....
  16. We could go full drought and get 16 of 17 at 1PM.......just waive Allen and a bunch of others. It is Scooby Do isn't it?
  17. I am not arguing he is a great player, he is a depth piece and releasing him saves a little but it would need to be replaced, you are creating a hole. You will spend more than the savings to replace him. He may be a guy who could get a salary cut with unlikely to be earned incentives or something.
  18. I agree however I do think Beane likes to justify his picks by extending them a little more than I would prefer.
  19. I say this is BS. I do not believe they would have things whittled down to that yet. The schedule is super complex, each matchup probably gets a rating and lots of scenarios are run/evaluated......at the end of the day they want to maximize eyeballs on TV's.....there are scenarios where one team may end up with more or less primetime games depending on all the other matchups. I would say what is posted is possible but there are probably many more scenarios. You have not even had draft and FA yet...
  20. Don't agree I don't think he is much at risk.
  21. That definitely happens, I live in NH where there is a shortage of people in trades and the guys that do it can pretty much charge what they want. There are other factors though, regulations, unions and the new stadium has way more features than the old one, they are not building a duplicate of what they built in 1970, that would be much less money.
  22. 2.2 billions does not buy what it did 6 years ago
  23. They have likely negotiated and are apart in AAV resulting in cooks social media stuff. These other guys are more realistic on their value. So maybe he feels like these guys are getting screwed?
  24. I think there is more optimsim with him because he won the swing tackle job over Vandemark who the Bills seem to really like. Neither of these guys has enough real snaps for us to really know but the Bills staff has told us they are high on him. Look at Christian Benford, is he a development guy? He was a a 6th round pick who immediately popped, it happens. Not all 6th round picks are just "development guys"
