There is such a thing as being courteous and there is such a thing as being a jerk. I find examples of both while out shopping for Christmas I think here are times when you also have to think "well muppy in the grand scheme of life being delayed or inconvenienced in a store means you have sufficient funds to shop. Are healthy enough to shop. And refuse to lower my own standards of behavior to their lowest denominator. I practice this same philosophy while driving on socal freeways. You want to talk about entitled selfish completely oblivious clueless and straight up DGAF about anyone but themselves type people. so while I do understand the frustration I do my best to rise above the BS and be a better person than they are. Or think okay that person Might just have 10X more on their plate than I do and practice GRACE.

I respectfully disagree that the "why" this happened is pertinent here. Here's an example. Gosh golly gee I'm low of funds for Christmas. I think I'll rob a bank. Im justified right? I was layed off from my job and Im broke. Or even trickier is "That SOB harmed my daughter so now Im going to kick his behind to assuage my anger at the injustice of what she endured." Guess what folks. Im not a police force member but my guess is that charges would be brought in each of those cases regardless of why they did it. The "why" will be brought up in his defense as a mitigating circumstance and may carry weight as far as reducing punishment if he is found guilty. What happened in the venue isnt i question. It is on Tape. Lets say he did have a reason that people can empathize with aka defensing his daughters honor. My mother used to tell me "2 wrongs don't make a right" Now instead of one injured party (the daughter) there are now 3.....daughter, victim and assaulter (McGinest) And now the daughter conceivably has to deal with the fact her dad will be sued and charged legally and maybe even losing his job on account of something someone allegedly did to Her. She shouldnt have to carry that weight burden i had to beg my dad to Not beat down the person who assaulted me. I am so glad he didnt. I would rightly or wrongly felt somewhat responsible. Let the legal system do their thing and then the civil courts. I call what he did Bogus full stop. And on tape so ambiguity isn't there. I imagine McGinest will have his day in court unless it settles out of court first.

This is where I agree that politicians are a smarmy swarmy bunch. The pickings have been Bleak as far as mainstream candidates are concerned . I am cynical and pretty disillusioned with politics in general. I TRY to chose whom I think will do the least harm to our country. Thats a pretty sad place wherein to choose who should lead The bottom line for me is each side is so entrenched in Their version of the "truth" it leads me to decide BOTH sides just want to Win the actual truth becomes almost Moot. Isnt it all about pandering to your base and lobby interests to keep money flowing into the coffers to remain in office? That view is sad but its where I find myself within politics in general. . on that last PI call there was definitely contact between the defender and McKenzie. The fact he was "face guarding" him, aka didn't turn around to look for the ball I have learned in college and the Pros is not illegal. There must also be contact. When I first became a Bills fan I recall "face guarding" indeed was called as an interference penalty on that action alone (aka defender not turning around for the ball) . Im not sure when they changed that rule.

I agree. The result was also Brilliant. Being in total control of the clock so as to not give your opposition any chance to comeback as opposed to the other was in my mind brilliant. Our kicker is as dialed in and reliable as there is in the NFL. Giving he a chance for a chip shot field goal to end the game once and for all was brilliant. This situation being preplanned for by the coaching staff is the kind of thinking you Want from your head coach.
