  3. Im late to the thread but a total animal/dog lover. Glad to read Miss Maizie is on he mend!!! Yay!!
  4. Just for fun Im going to post my brothers fav in person game. RIP And my highlight from watching it on TV I am referring to the 1990 AFC Championship game in Orchard Park. The 51-3 game. He described it as being "jet engine loud" couldnt hear the person sitting next to you Loud. Most electric game he had ever been to. 51-3 JUST FREEZE BABY banner lol onto Super Bowl XXV My memory of that game was when Darryl Talley intercepted a pass for a return TD and the score went up 21-3. My bro shared from the stands and even at the time I felt the same way. After that play, at home, the way the Bills were playing, No Way would the Raiders be able to come back. And yes, it was a blowout.
  5. when I was at Lake Placid what struck me was the olympics infrastructure which remained after the fact. I remember seeing it and thinking of the history that had occurred in that place. We also had lunch picnic and a mean duck stole my sisters sandwich LOL...Yep, Lake Placid. 🙂 m
  6. This thing called love I just can't handle it This thing called love I must get 'round to it I ain't ready Crazy little thing called love
  7. hey thanks for posting what you saw live vs on TV. I have a couple that were live. Of course on TV it is a bit hard to choose Ive seen a lot of sporting events both NFL and college, MLB. anyway The most memorable dramatic I witnessed was a game Ive written about before. It was MNF held in Rich stadium 1974. The Bills against the LA Raiders. Ferguson to Ahmad Rashad in my endzone right in front of me FTW in such exciting fashion the stadium nearly SHOOK from the celebration. it was incredible being there to feel it in person for my watched unfold I have to go with the Miracle on Ice. USA beating the Russians in ice hockey beating the heavy favorite in Lake Placid NY during the Olympics 1980 HOLY COW
  8. Well its been building up inside of me For oh I don't know how long I don't know why But I keep thinking Something's bound to go wrong But she looks in my eyes And makes me realize And she says "Don't worry baby" Don't worry baby Don't worry baby Everything will turn out alright
  9. @The Dean I just googled Labatts splits and the smallest bottles I found were 11oz. So while only slightly smaller than a usual bottle they are sold by the bucket at the Bills bar calling them splits. I was duped by their marketing my apologies. The bucket specials sell out there. That place is a Bills bar gold mine they make a mint off of our fanbase.
  10. Since this thread has turned to canadian beer and not so much the crossing aspect I can share that the san diego billsbackers club offers ice bucket special price for Labatts Blue splits and they are very popular the OV splits beer mentions brought me back to when my sister was in college at Buff State and lived in allentown. We would walk just out the door of her apartment to Mulligans Brick bar where we used to drink those like water lol
  11. I live in a soccer hotbed of the country as well as across the border from Tijuana. I can attest that soccer aka futbol is THE one sport that is the most watched and played worldwide. And I have a theory as to why. Soccer requires just 1 thing, well actually 2. They are a place with room to run and a soccer ball. It doesnt even matter if the ball is still round. In poorer countries like Honduras they don't let the fact the ball has deflated stop their play. It is a cultural as well as long held national sports obsession to them and to others worldwide. hubby is a soccer ex player and coach in both rec and the premiere leagues here in socal. The youth interest in the sport is unmatched. jmo and from what I see no end in sight.
  12. I thought love was more or less a givin' thing, Seems the more I gave the less I got. What's the use in tryin'? All you get is pain. When I needed sunshine I got rain. Then I saw her face, now I'm a believer Not a trace of doubt in my mind. I'm in love, I'm a believer! I couldn't leave her if I tried.
  13. It was the garden of eden The beginning of time Adam said to eve Little girl I wanna make you mine Eve said now wait a minute Big boy Not so fast I wanna think this over I want a love that's gonna last Then eve said to adam Catch me if you can It's been the same old story Ever since the world began
  14. Boring is the word leo . Boring is as boring does........all deflection NO ACTION---TCK SMH I see you've created a trend, senor @L Ron Burgundyis boring too. Im an equal opportunity rabblerouser just sayin' tck-lol-m

  16. Old man take a look at my life I'm a lot like you I need someone to love me the whole day through Ah, one look in my eyes and you can tell that's true.
  17. Its really hard to gague voice inflection in here that quip was me being me and I also apologize if it came out sounding crass. I think again there ARE things that we can agree on that is one of them it's a given we are constantly being fed a narrative by the media. And clearly who you choose to listen more to is likely the way your beliefs will sway. The court of public opinion is now in session. I get it. The continual unfolding of all this political DRAMA is very tiring and I dont like it. Lord have mercy. Peace brother-m
  18. people of different politicl persuasions share MUCH more in common than not. We all want good health wealth and happy families. The political divide does NOT lend itself to any gray areas in the media. Which is why I like reading the board....sometimes........lol we WILL push on yes but it is just one more ember on the flames of distrust Leo just sayin'.........BOTH SIDES. I don't see our future an being particularly bright as far as our Adversarial political system to be honest.
  19. advocating a narrative of course. Im not stupid. Im just trying to decide who is telling the TRUTH and being above board and honest. What a concept eh?
  20. I elaborated further and I always edit in more content so my apologies there. What about the alleged Timing of said deletions.....? PS: Im the wrong person to ask about my texts. mine would be like go to taco tuesday and get me an adobada y pollo asado I doubt anybody cares about my dinner choices lol Im serious though . Maybe my life is just not as intriguing as other folks Further: a government phone account is a different kettle of fish than muppys just sayin'. If it was a snafu Okay well yeah I guess. But it reads suspicious is all Im saying.
  21. leo my question would be if it could be determined wether said texts were deleted before or After they were officially requested. BIG difference. One means basically a clearing of text messages/account maintenance? The other means destroying evidence after the request. From the OP *shrugs* in light of the total mistrust between political ides in our country this reads suspicious to me.
