PFT: Can the Bills thrive under the weight of high expectations?

nostalgia at what was, and is Now Mr Ozzy Osbourne. Rock icon and we are losing them yearly. If you were a fan and prefer to keep those memories pure from the 80's I totally get that. I would want to see him perform now because he will give it his all. And in his situation I think that is brave too. Noone wants to see a broken parody of who he was. I predict he will hella bring it the best he can.

Is Boston Media finally starting to sour on Bilicheat?
muppy replied to muppy's topic in The Stadium Wall
the thing that struck me regarding the link was how they were calling him OUT.. I mean Im not a frequent reader of baaston newspapers. But the criticisms had zero to do with brady. It was alll the other comments criticizing THE bill belichick. After last seasons games with Buffalo I guess I shouldn't be that surprised. He "retiring" with the commemorative gold watch. **smirk* gold super bowl rings yeah whatever. -

I wanna feel sunlight on my face I see that dust cloud disappear without a trace I wanna take shelter from the poison rain Where the streets have no name, oh, oh Where the streets have no name Where the streets have no name We're still building then burning down love Burning down love And when I go there, I go there with you It's all I can do

I've been thinking about this topic and here is my final take on the matter. Are pro athletes mandated to reveal personal private family PERSONAL issues to the public? No. Its really not our business to know personal details of our sports stars lives. Are we *(some of we) curious his cause of death? Clearly. I agree with you John. The knowing how won't make me feel better it sucks no matter how. Peace - m

my reply to this, and I mean No disrespect. You may be right but maybe just maybe it's none of our business. *shrugs*

SMH athletes succumb to death as will we all. Their family, their grief, their mourning and this new normal in their lives , dealing with it should trump any of our curiosities. Also Their timeline as to how/when to disclose anything If ever No matter what it was its freaking sad for family and friends. What a lovely positive tribute by our fanbase. WE ROCK m

Both. She would be leaving behind her dog as well as a very comfortable home. It ain't happening. We do charge her rent but its not what it would cost to live here. San Diego= super high rents. She went to college in Boston (Berklee-Boston Conservatory) and is a professional cabaret singer as a passion project. Katrina Aguilar Music input on facebook or youtube

I would dial the numbers Just to listen to your breath And I would stand inside my hell And hold the hand of death You don't know how far I'd go To ease this precious ache And you don't know how much I'd give Or how much I can take Just to reach you Just to reach you Oh, to reach you Oh Come to my window Crawl inside Wait by the light of the moon Come to my window I'll be home soon

well, I have very personal testimony regarding the autism spectrum and how it relates to both folks who have that diagnosis AND their parents. In this case I am the mom and my 36 year old daughter on the spectrum. Oh the journey I could share. At age 3 she was dignosed with "pervasive developmental disorder" ...The terminology has changed a Lot since 1989 as well as knowledge relating to it. Early intervention is the main focus with organizations like Autism Speaks and Autism Tree foundation whom fundraise money to offer those interventions to those in need. My daughter is socially awkward around people she dosnt know. She is very high functioning, holds a job, has her license, has friends, lives at home with us and is living her best life. I don't really know what else to write except she was non verbal at age 5 to being a college graduate and very contributing member of society today. we call her goonie, goonette or goonasaur. She has a wicked sense of humor. Eclectic taste in music. Some people claim autism as their super power. HA! Rightfully so. m

hahaha The Bills DO love their players versatile don't they? And a wise player to be one eh? 🙂

my first thought when I read the thread title was rawrrr that is radical. At least the thought of a defender with that mindset. Of course there are certain situations like bull rushing the OLine to get a sack. Or when a DB tries to make n interception. They are clearly trying to win their assignment in the Bills favor. The MLB aka the defensive shotcaller I think has to have a more defensive mindset. But I had never really thought of a Defensive lineman with an offensive mindset. Get the job done and and rack up individual positive stats on the offensive...Offensive to the offensive lines sensibilities...who is the Alpha in this situation. It's Von Miller. rawrrrrr

Matt Araiza accused of rape, served with a lawsuit.
muppy replied to bill8164's topic in Off the Wall
SMH wow. As...My...Stomach....Turns. I have a question. Have any DNA results been released? But even if they have the fact his ***** may be present, so would it be for the other suspects you would think . I don't think DNA will solve this case. It literally though is now so entangled with lawyer dramatics and now video. My head is spinning. Life Lessons abound here. I'm not about to get preachy up in here. I was a young teen before and in many ways lucky to have survived it. Im casting no stones at either person right now. May Justice Prevail. And if Araiza is proven not guilty what a horrible life event to have gone through. I have empath for her too Lord have mercy. -
Bills have 5th oldest roster in the NFL
muppy replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the bills brain trust are aware of a players shelf life on a team. When it is time to cut bait I think they will. Having prepared by drafts their replacements. This year we saw one of our oldies Shaq Lawson play with fire and intensity. Im not ready to put him out to pasture. He may be old but he is GOOD at what he does. I know age factors in but production is More Key. imo The roster will take care of itself. m
