  1. … Asked a girl what she wanted to be She said, "Baby, can't you see I wanna be famous, a star on the screen But you can do something in between" … Baby, you can drive my car Yes, I'm gonna be a star Baby, you can drive my car And maybe I love you

  3. I never met him myself but I have a friend who arranged graduation ceremonies for National University here in san diego. Marv Levy was the keynote commencement speaker for that event. He called my buddy to be picked up from the airport, left a message on his cell phone. So he picked him up. Said he was congenial and polite, very nice guy. My friend knew what a big Bills ran I am. He called me and said "Guess who I just picked up from the airport" and played the message Marv had left on his cell phone. That was so cool. 🙂 He has a very easy to identify voice but he did say "hello this is Marv Levy I'm ready to be picked up" 🙂

  14. How you gonna do it if you really don't wanna dance By standing on the wall? (Get your back up off the wall) Tell me How you gonna do it if you really don't wanna dance By standing on the wall (Get your back up off the wall) 'Cause I heard all the people sayin' Get down on it, come on and Get down on it, if you really want it Get down on it, you gotta feel it Get down on it, get down on it Get down on it, come on and Get down on it, baby, baby Get down on it, get on it Get down on it
  15. I was surprised when he unretired. On the surface the way I read it was a Bait and switch. In other words retire for the family and then unretire? What a slap in the face at worst. At best it just seemed odd to me. Noone here has enough facts to know what exactly has transpired between those 2. I'm no fan of his but Im not going to cheer a divorce. His personal life is none of our business. PS: whomever it was that was dragging Giselle for her looks is straight up ridiculous. To each his own I guess *shrugs* it just read as an unnecessary dig towards a woman who has made millions on the very looks he mocked.
  16. I was introduced to Loretta Lynn by Sissy Spacek in Coal Miners Daughter . She had an illustrious career in country music and I respected her for her voice and craft. RIP Loretta

  18. Hot town, summer in the city Back of my neck getting dirty and gritty Been down, isn't it a pity? Doesn't seem to be a shadow in the city All around, people looking half dead Walking on the sidewalk, hotter than a match head
  19. Do you hear me Do you care Do you hear me Do you care My lips are moving and the sound's coming out The words are audible but I have my doubts That you realize what has been said You look at me as if you're in a daze It's like the feeling at the end of the page When you realize you don't know what you just read What are words for when no one listens anymore What are words for when no one listens What are words for when no one listens it's no use talkin at all
