Otherwise with solar we don't have high electric and food I think is even less than WNY from what Ive seen.

San Diego would fill your list of requirements. Living here is great. The only thing that would make me want to move or retire elsewhere is to be near my Grandchildren. And even that is sketchy because if you retire near them and then they get a new job and relocate you're back where you started DISTANT . That would suck

for me unfollowing the Buffalo Sabres after I left the WNY area in the 70's occured for sheer lack of visibility. At the time there were nowhere near the number of viewing options available on TV. I always loved the sport especially live games at the Aud back in the day Now since I have access to ESPN Plus I am fully back on the Buffalo Sabres train woooooot woooooot 🙂
