in retrospect I think an answer to the OP what the Bills are missing right now is a combination of things 1. Health as in not being able to field a team of the Best players on the roster at one time. I mean total healthy roster has to be rare. all teams use backups due to injuries 2. @GolfandBills mentioned athleticism and Talent being lacking with penalties not being related to a lack of discipline as I thought I never thought about that until he said it. I'm at a disadvantage because of never having played team sports. I was on the swim team in high school lol I don't know what the consensus is as to how to eliminate the absurd amount of calls the Bills are getting.
