I think that Pegula will give McBeane the benefit of the doubt regarding how many key injuries occurred to the Defense. So firing this year if they miss the playoffs might not be a given. But I could be wrong. 50-50 chance? Maybe it depends on how badly they miss the playoffs. But next year the team brain trust will be on a very short leash to produce a playoff appearance at the minimum.or heads WILL roll.

Mental health issues are nothing to scoff at. If he is having issues he needs to seek professional help. He has stated how he dislikes scrutiny into his personal life and who he dates. And with all the product endorsements he is sooo viisible. And when he has a bad game it just magnifies the pressure.
