I hope the courts find a judgment against the female defendant as an act of vindication to Matt Araiza in this case. It not only further clears his name in the public eye. But as has been stated this is hopefully a deterrent to any other potential sleazy lawyers out there...You are officially on notice attempts to force a settlement can fail and then THEY will be paying for Their misconduct. Not having charges filled against Araiza IS some vindication but I dont think it is enough. He deserves retribution for the months of stress and he endured.
