It is funny to see many experts say New Era needs an electrical/electronic over-hall to be viable. And how that will be a hard road to travel. How hard can that be to get done? The place is tiny compared to a mega story high rise and they get that done all the time. It also has a flat spread out layout that new cables etc. could be attached to outside walls encased in protective cover(cement boxing or other) and could be run under upper deck etc etc...….

There is a way around the drunken rowdiness in a New Era renovation. Stadium could be walled off. EX: 35 or 40 or even 50% of stadium could be designated family atmosphere. Separate entrances, pre game areas, parking, restaurants, restrooms, alcohol free both in tailgating areas and stadium etc etc …. Heavy security to prevent drinkers rowdy fans to get into family side. No way for fans in rowdy drinking portion to get to family section and vice versa etc etc.... win win for both crowds. Then let the market dictate what section grows or shrinks based on demand. marketed properly could be ahead of the curve trend to make pro sports family/kid friendly again. Bring back that type of family(and older fans also) who will not bring young kids to games.

What sport is boring and what sport is interesting is completely subjective. Euros hate baseball and love soccor. They think baseball is boring. Americans hate soccor and love baseball. Americans are bored out of their heads watching nothing happen for 3 hours than a lucky weird bounce goal decides some team is much better than the other. Americans hate Hockey overall and love pro Golf and NFL. (based on tv ratings only) hockey too have too many lucky goals deciding games. Basketball has some of the highest ratings in tv sports and is by far the #1 participant sport in US history. Not even that close. Nothing wrong with you finding it boring. To each his own but you are in the minority about basketball was my point., and the statements about NBA games mostly decided in last few minutes is dead wrong, was my main point.

Arena Football and Indoor Football. Arena has the nets and circus goofiness. Indoor Football has no nets. Indoor is closer to real football as they actually run the ball. Arena not so much. Both are a far cry from real football but fill a niche in spring summer programming for arenas that would otherwise be empty and is loads better than indoor soccor. I would go if team was near by.

Two completely different types of projections. I can not for the life of me figure out why someone would take the time or care about projecting the betting line so I can only assume this is a projected winner line based on talent on rosters as we speak. NFL needs to get over themselves. It is just a meaningless pre season game. Who cares about standards. Bears played in U of IL stadium for a year when Soldier field was redone. Vikings played in U of MN stadium for a year when new stadium was built. If NFL can play in reg season games in Mexico City and MLB can play in Puerto Rico etc etc.. it can be done. PS: and just recently on the island with no power. Using generators to light the field. I think NFL can suck it up and put up with a cramped locker room for one meaningless preseason game. If it is about production issues for TV again they can suck it up and use hand held cameras instead of cameras on dollies/rails etc etc...….to broadcast it.
