  1. You might be thinking of Dean Marlowe who filled in when Hyde and Bush were injured and played very well. He was then crushed to be cut after the game when Hyde and Bush were able to return to practice. Then was re-signed to ps and is still on it. NFL is a tough gig to stay on the 53 then tougher yet to be active then tougher yet to start a game and play very good. I see why he was crushed.
  2. So Bills have won 66% of the time he starts???? wow. He is this years version of EJ Gaines.
  3. That is right. When RB's go out for a screen a defender will start hitting him before the ball gets their in order to disrupt the play. That is if a defender can get to the receiver in time. It also allows RB's WR's OL out on screen pass etc etc to block behind the line of scrimmage on pass plays without penalty. Don't confuse this with holding the potential receiver. You still can not do that. But you can hit him and mug him. You can't overzealously mug him like Sherman did to Woods on the Monday night game in Seattle. Sherman was allowed to contact and impede Woods as Tyrod was out of the pocket scrambling and had not thrown the ball yet. Our beef with Sherman is he committed personal foul as he blew up the receiver and knocked him down instead of just contacting and bumping running with him. on replay it appears Jones cut inside as the other Bills WR was attempting to set a pick for him and missed as the DB went around him. If the other Bills WR went downfield a little more it would have been an illegal pick.
  4. lol...…. little people make problems a little worse.
  5. curious. How this went at the game. Sucks all around man. Did you go to the seats you bought and got in on and have the group who got scammed come find you to talk about what happened? There seems to be fraud/jerks everywhere.
  6. no I don't "got it" they have never ejected any NFL player for this rule in regular season in 2018 until tonight when it favored Patriots. if they applied this rule evenly and correctly they would eject players almost every game. Got it?
  7. running into punter turned into roughing. Graded on New England curve. they always find a way to get it right for the Patriots in NE.
  8. bluer than blue sadder than sad and that's the sad world that I know that i'm in
  9. You do not eject a major player or any player on a questionable call. Never. Hell you could kick out 5 or 6 players a game on that interpretation of a Pers Foul.
  10. yeah bring him in he could run out a 12th player like CFL to talk the QB through the play live in real time. If he comes in I would require him to leave that old haircut he had in Chicago in Canada. He failed as OC in Baltimore. FWIW.
  11. come on, a Dr. should understand risks. Spending about 8 mill on the cap(if cut after this year) and getting very little production for a previously injury prone player.
  12. tell him to go cry to the NFLPA as they negotiated and players ratified the cba that expressly lays out how and when franchise tags and transition tags can be used. Bell is clearly a high roller taking these chances.
  13. nice one lol. Why are you taking a shot at Hillary? obviously you are referring to Hillary since she "ran" and did not win...……...lol lol...……………...get off my lawn son...……..lol
  14. lol...…...he then tried to explain its origin and pronounce it, and is now mute with dyslexia to boot.
  15. I have called for him for 2 years now as a Bills b/u only. He looked good in b/u role on Bears and put the ball in WR hands time after time to only suffer drops. I live in Bears country so see every play on big screen with sound as I watch Bills on large HD TV (with better picture by the way and Bills audio on my smart phone) on side of big screen. One game in particular I felt terrible for him, It was Titans at Bears. Matt had a very good game and drove Bears down to potential winning TD score and big upset on last drive and 3 ***** times he put the ball on open WR's hands in end zone and 3 times the ***** dropped it. Sad as hell. The guy balled out and should have gotten the win. He does throw INT's but at least also scores. oh man worse then I remember. Many drops great comeback by Barkley. https://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2016112703/2016/REG12/titans@bears
  16. the team is very very young, not in avg., but in player per player. you have to look at the details not the avg which is skewed. All the prime time players up and coming are 2 yrs and less exp., Dawkins, White, Edmunds, Milano, H Phillips, Corey Bojorquez, J Allen, Z Jones, 40% of the roster has 2 years or less experience. 45% has 3 yrs or less. TEN are rookies. soon the oldest players will be off team as soon as next year guys with 10-14 years in league like Humber, McCoy, Alexander, K Williams, D Anderson, C Ivory, and even J Hughes. That will make Bills even more young.
  17. and also were not actively shopping Watkins or Darby or Dareus. Beane seems to have a knack for making trades when not trying to make trades I guess.
  18. Edelman tried to pull up some art turf to throw up and check wind.....lol
  19. that first sentence must be a typo? "wouldn't have beaten" ? that is saying they think Pats would have still beaten the Bears without the special teams play/scores, and that, is a real heck of a reach.
