recntly watched a show that said that South Dakota was the best place and New York was the worst. Live in Florida now, have since the 80's but grew up in WNY. No way we are going to stay here on a permanent basis but there is no state tax so that is a big consideration. I would love to live back in WNY but the taxes are killers... horrible. Anyone here done the snow bird thing? Keep a residence down here and live/rent back home for 5 months out of the year? Not happening right now but I'm at the edge as my property value keeps going up where I'm at.

Yeah, when I lived back home Arthur Treachers was the place to go.

KFC $5 fillup every once in awhile... original recipe with mashed potatoes. 2nd best is the two fried cod combo at LJS with hush puppys and cole slaw. Actually they are a tie for me, both are pretty decent. I miss the days when we had a Captain D's here, good stuff for semi-fast food, the nearest one is an hours drive.

The weather Does suck down here in the summer, I'll take WNY all day long... where you can always put more on if its cold but can only take so much off in the heat/humidity down here. I'm off today and I'm inside... rains just came through again and it is a sauna out there. The birds don't seem to mind though, the feeders are jam packed. Turmeric is for sure a good one to take anyways... heck, Webers mustard is loaded with it, but another good one for joint pain, arthritis, etc. is plain gelatin. My Dad swears by it and the way he gets around at his age it must be working.

The computer online version seems back to normal, haven't checked the app in weeks.

Other than 1 or 2 of these things I pay other people do do this stuff... there is no shortage of landscape services here and quite frankly, at this time of the year they can have it.

I dunno, this can't really be that wide spread. I've used Uber maybe 40 times and never had a problem... other than one woman who reeked of old lady perfume. Most have been pleasant to ride with. The thing is, you get their name, make and color of car/vehicle, their tag number, driving record, etc. The tag thing though, that really is the crux. It directly ties the driver to a car and usually a place and if someone really wants to find you they will find a way. The retaliation could be on a big time scale so I don't see this being a common day thing.

In this day and age there HAS to be a way to be able to listen. You want to know what I'd do, I'd call WGR and present it directly to them. Never know, they might have a solution or an alternate for Bills fans living out of the country. Worth a shot, why not?
