Pumped my fist at splashdown... I'm in awe at how smooth this has been from liftoff to splashdown... just mind blowing.

Oh yeah, they love that one. Mine last maybe 5 days but I have two other feeders right there, one just sunflower seeds and the other a round seed cake crammed into a suet feeder, so they have choices. I you google C&S suet cakes on images there a ton of other ones out there... I'm going to see if home depot or lowes has any of the different ones... mainly the insect one and the hot pepper one. What is strange to me is the packaging of the ones you have, seems like last years look... all of the packaging around here looks kind of like this depending on which cake it is:

Agreed here as well about the 401k or IRA. I just hit the age of no penalty so I took 6k out to get the tree's trimmed. Didn't want to but Had to... hurricane season is upon us. What is amazing is that even doing that my balance is basically what it was on Jan.1. I've seen credit cards mentioned. I am the only person I know or anyone I know knows that has never had one. Never had that bill or interest. My credit is excellent regardless. We live decently, nothing outrageous going on as far as the usual bills and doing a refi saved $340 a month or so. Dropped directv and got sling... love it, that was $100 a month off for the same damn thing. There are ways to cut costs as opposed to spending money that isn't actually yours... the credit card hell. A buddy of mine took out a ***** ton of money from his 401k last month, with penalty included, to pay off $20k in credit cards. That is ***** crazy.

I've heard stories of places using those horrible one dollar Marie Callender meals. Nuke it for however long, put it in a generic paper bowl... stick a spork in it and say enjoy your meal... what would you like to drink with that?

It really is but as you know it just has to be done. One of my customers referred me to a local guy who charges $1,000 a day... 8 steady hours per, everything is chipped and cleaned up at the end of the day. So I guess it'll take him 2-3 days to get what I currently need done. Hurricane season is upon us and I want some peace of mind lol.

I just hit the point where I can take money out of my 401K and not have to pay the penalty, just the taxes. Friday I'm taking 5K out to get the tree's trimmed. It won't take all of that but I should have a couple to get some things done around here that I won't/can't do anymore. Slowly easing myself/us into your style of life... but I have a couple more years to go.
