If it isn't the natural casing dog skip it... their "smokehouse" version, even in the south now, .... sucks. The collagen casing they use is horrible and they are Way saltier than the real deal. Bottom line: avoid the ***** "smokehouse" version. I actually like the Hofmanns natural casing dogs better...

The Tim parts always get me the most... that was one horrible day when he passed, I cried my eyes out.

This feeling is back and... its been a long long time, hasn't it? So many of these men are gone now, I haven't watched this in a couple of years, but it still makes me laugh and get teary eyed at the same time.
