I have to agree. If "witness protection" is needed for them for any reason it would be a real shame. On another note... I have to wonder if the judge made a mistake by not sequestering the jurors. This could, and probably will come up again imo.

I tried avocado a couple of times way back and didn't like it... I have a short list of foods to revisit (beets are another one) so I'll add avocado to it. For many years... probably 30, I couldn't stand cream cheese. Now I can put that ***** on almost anything... toasted seeded rye with cream cheese with some fried bacon slices and tomato slices is pretty good. Best open faced imo.

Video game comment was sarcasm and I would have hoped you had noticed that. Most any gun made can kill a person... including 3-D made weapons. Pop guns and cap guns usually don't. If you don't think a .22 round can kill a person you are out of the loop. Again, a gun just sitting there does absolutely nothing... until someone picks it up. I have a 9mm sitting six feet away and I'm not worried that it is going to suddenly jump up and shoot me.

And Ban Video Games! What nonsense... Any gun just sits there until someone picks it up. Its not the guns lol... its the people who pick them up. As far as "weapons of mass destruction" goes... anyone with a good aim and a bad heart can kill 8 people with a .22 rifle. Its not the guns man.
