I've never signed into anything... just have always gone to youtube.com for at least the last 10 years . I'm not concerned with commenting or liking. Seeing as there is some interest in this... this is how I go around it. For albums... just find a site that has a music forum, it can be anywhere really. Type in what you want to hear and hit enter. The list on the right shows up. Click on what you want to hear. The black warning screen shows up. No problem... just cut and paste the addy at the top on the site that allows you to embed and there you go. Just go back to that site whenever you want to hear your stuff with no ads.

I'm not a "lucky hat" person but I hope we get a string of wins going... can't wait for the Bruins game.
-
Well, we get the rematch tomorrow night at home so let's make it 2-0..

By "log in" do you mean just using the "browse as guest" at the bottom instead? I use Chromebooks and can just plunk one down wherever.. house/yard.. and listen to albums while I do whatever. Until this...

He's quirky, that's for sure. Kind of like the David Byrne of the coaching world.

Many of us use an ad blocker to cruise the internet... I honestly don't know how anyone could without one, I'll never turn it off. Seems YouTube has cracked down on them recently and made it nearly impossible to listen to albums, watch movies... videos, whatever, ... without the ads. I noticed it last week and have used up all of my 5 "freebies". I mainly just use it for music but for a few other things too. I use ABP (looks like a little red stop sign up top) and it updates itself, best one out there imo. With a few ideas I've "sort" of found a simple way around it... if there is any interest in this topic I'll go into what that exactly is. Meanwhile, there is an excellent article that just came out within the last 24 hours that addresses this and gives ways around their "block".... and my ad blocker blocked 63 ads when reading through this article lol. https://www.androidauthority.com/youtube-ad-blocker-crackdown-growing-3380809/

You have to know that not everyone sits on their ass everyday All Day and looks at a computer and watches TV. You strike me as an everyday/all day kinda guy... Hope the guy works out here.

Usually around 6-8 of those brewed milks. I don't mind any of the old time candy really... other than the orange "peanuts".
-
Never minded those at all.

That's a good point, hadn't thought about it that way. Still, I hope they get crushed tonight.

Win or lose they'll be motivated... that once was a great division rivalry.

Hope Detroit stomps the ***** out of them... I'm pretty certain most here feel the same.

https://baynews9.com/fl/tampa/news/2023/10/27/mike-johnson-interview-israel-ukraine-aid-maine-shootings Johnson in the interview also touched on the mass shootings in Lewiston, Maine, on Wednesday night that left 18 people dead — the worst so far in 2023 and one of the deadliest in U.S. history. The newly minted speaker dismissed calls from President Biden and other Democrats for the passage of new gun safety measures, saying that “this is not the time to be talking about legislation” because “we’re in the middle of that crisis right now.” “The problem is the human heart,” Johnson said. “It's not guns.” The White House on Friday slammed Johnson's comment in what has been seen as the first direct confrontation between the White House and new speaker since he assumed he gavel on Wednesday. "We absolutely reject the offensive accusation that gun crime is uniquely high in the United States because of Americans’ ‘hearts,'” White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates said in a statement. "Gun crime is uniquely high in the United States because congressional Republicans have spent decades choosing the gun industry’s lobbyists over the lives of innocent Americans." When asked if there was any specific gun law he would support, Johnson demurred, saying he’s “been on the job 48 hours, we’ll see.” “There’ll be lots of discussion as there are after these heartbreaking tragedies,” he continued, adding that “in Europe, and in other places, they use vehicles to mow down crowds at parades” and arguing that “it’s not the weapon, it’s the underlying problem.” “I believe we have to address the root problems of these things, and mental health, obviously as in this case, is a big issue and we’ve got to seriously address that as a society and as a government,” Johnson added. Earlier Thursday, Johnson said that “this is a dark time for America. We have a lot of problems. We are really, really hopeful and prayerful. Prayer is appropriate in a time like this, that the evil can end and that this senseless violence can stop.”
