Would't surprise me if he was a Matt Schaub type of player with fewer turnovers.

They have lots of WR screens in their offence. I don't think he uses the check down to often. He had a horrible oline and WR core and carried that team. Prospects with size, arm strength, production, and accuracy don't make it past round 3 (see Davis Webb last year). He does a pretty good job moving around the pocket but does have mobility concerns. It seems silly to like Rosen if you want a QB with mobility because he has mobility concerns as well.

That is what I am doing as well. I really trust this staff. I believe they will do whatever they need to do to get a franchise QB this year. That could mean trading up, staying put, or taking one in the second round. This is probably the most interesting draft for the Bills I have ever seen.

I wouldn't count Logan Woodside out, that kid has a bigger chip on his shoulder than Baker Mayfield. He also has a Tom Brady like work ethic. I think as a Bills fan hoping for the Bills to trade up you need the Browns to take Allen number 1. That gives us a legit shot of trading up for Darnold or Rosen.
-
That is nice but there is a good chance that the Browns and Giants will want to pick a QB in those spots. If they do it does not matter what we offer they will not be trading with us.
-
Obviously, franchise QBs are priceless. I don't think the Browns will pass on a QB prospect this year, so the top guy will be off the board. There is a good chance that the Giants will take the second best prospect. I don't think the other guys are worth trading up for.

Let be honest here, if the kid had two hands he would probably be a top ten selection. He has proven he can get the job done with one hand and is an absolute freaky athlete. He was one of the best players on an undefeated college team. He dominated Auburn in the bowl game. If he goes in the third round it is because he deserves it. We would be lucky to have him. Also, this kid has our DNA.

I think the Bills will try to trade up but will probably be outbid by the Jets or the Cardinals. We are just to far back to make an offer similar to those teams. They probably will try to trade back in the first round to acquire some extra picks but it is not always easy to find a trade partner in those situations. I think when you look at it the best move is to probably address the front 7 on D with both of our picks in round 1. Then try and uncover a franchise QB in round 2.

We definitely need to address the pass rush for sure. Our pass rush was pathetic last year. I hope Shaq develops this offseason but I don't think we can count on it at this point. If Davenport is there he will be in play. I think Harold Landry is an option as well. I would be really Happy if we got one of those DEs and Harrison Phillips in round 1.

What did you think of the second half of the Georgia game? I thought he looked completely outmatched in the second half which gave me some concerns about what he can be at the next level. When I watch Baker I see outstanding competitiveness, good mobility, an fantastic accuracy on short and intermediate throws. I think he struggles with the deep ball though, which may lead to NFL teams locking down the short and intermediate throws more than they usually would.

I wish I had one, I am wrong all of the time. I do think we have the right staff in place to find our franchise guy this year. Whether is is a trade up, picking at 21, or picking in the second round. I just believe we are targeting a guy in the second round and a veteran free agent.

The NFL draft is so easy to predict. All the first round picks become elite players, the second round picks become average starters, and the third round picks become back ups. The analysts are always right every year. It is so awesome to be able to predict the future on these guys without watching them play an NFL snap.
-
I didn't have any of those guys graded in the same league as White and Rudolph.
-
Man this kid is going to be awesome. I would love to draft him in the second round. He reminds me of Kelce in KC. If he could block he would be a first round pick. He is going to be a matchup nightmare, I can live with the limited blocking potential. I can't see safeties or LBs being able to cover this guy out of the slot.
-
Very true. I think ideally White and Rudolph would be round 3 or 4 prospects, but they will probably go in round 2. Even the top guys though don't really deserve to be picked in the top ten. They all have pretty big holes in their game.
-
Shimonek is awful, what is that guy talking about? I don't think he will even be drafted.
-
I could be wrong. I just don't see how Paxton Lynch could be considered a better prospect than White or how Teddy Bridewater could be considered a better prospect than Rudolph.
