  1. Drafting him in round 1 and an OL in round 2 would be the best case scenario. I hope he falls to 9, that is my biggest concern. This is spot on. He is probably going to have a great combine too. If he falls to nine we are lucky, he is the best offensive player in the draft imo.
  2. We need a third safety that can play. Hopefully we can find one in the 4th or 5th round.
  3. I still think he can be a good backup QB
  4. That is the best case scenario. We can only hope draft day is like that.
  5. Whiteside is the most underrated WR in this draft. It would not surprise me at all if he ends up being the best.
  6. Maybe, or he might be the next Randy Moss. He has that skill set.
  7. I haven’t gotten around to watching any of these guys yet since the Bills don’t need a QB this year. How did that compare to the guys from last year? I know I need to tweak my rankings from last year. I underestimated mobility and leadership. Which led me to be lower than I should have on Mayfield and Allen and higher than I should have on Rosen, Rudolph, and White.
  8. I would prefer a trade down. Hockenson and Metcalf might be worth a top ten pick. I am not sure yet either.
  9. We need a pass rusher for sure. It is just more important to create an environment for Josh Allen to be successful. This team will go as far as the offence takes them. There are some good pass rushers in free agency too.
  10. For me positional value is QB, OL, DE, CB, TE, LB. If you have stars in those spots you are a championship contender. I personally would take Gronk or Kittle in the top 10. I know you can find good TEs later in the draft but I think Hockenson can be a Gonzalez type of TE. He is rare in my opinion.
  11. Ebron is no where near the prospect Hockenson is. He did look like a top ten TE in Indy this year. Signing two OL would allow us to take the best pass catcher in the draft. Hockenson is that guy, I also love that he played for Iowa. He would solidify that position for a decade. He is my safest prospect in the draft. I think you are getting a pro bowl TE as his floor.
  12. Are you sure? I think he will be the best TE in the NFL by year 3.
  13. Solid as long as Taylor is a legit RT.
  14. I think Hockenson will be special. I would be extremely excited if the Bills added him.
  15. Josh Allen definitely had less to work with. Both olines were equally bad though. Allen’s mobility made ours look better than it was.
  16. As long as he keeps Allen up right I will be happy. It was painful watching Allen get hit on every passing attempt.
  17. I would expect Ducasse to be cut following this move.
  18. We need to fill 4 positions on the oline, at least this signing gives us some breathing room.
  19. Well mediocre is a huge upgrade for our oline. At this point we just need to add some NFL talent to the oline, even if it is only mediocre. Hopefully he will end up as a backup after the draft. I think that is where we are going to address the C position. But at least we have a guy that can play and not get our franchise QB killed. Last year was embarrassing, it was the worst oline I have witnessed.
  20. I’m hoping that we spend money on an OT and draft another OL in round 1 or 2.
  21. Unless they brought him in to play G I doubt they go after Paradis, especially because I don’t think Beane is the type to overpay in Free Agency and Paradis will be way over paid.
  22. I agree, the 3 year deal is telling. I don’t think they make that signing if they are going to spend big money on a guy like Paradis. That looks more like the type of player you bring in to compete with a rookie. There are some really good C prospects in round 2. Hopefully that is the plan. We might not see a huge splash signing and rather filling out the needs with solid players in free agency.
  23. Hmmmm makes me think that we will draft a center in round 2. Seems like a veteran backup C/G. Hopefully it is not a competition between him and Bodine for starting C.
  24. He ran the ball 59 times that year. He was used exactly how I described. He would be a great WR5/RB4/PR/KR. I think Brown would be a solid addition too.
  25. I would be happy with that. Even if we sign two oline I would still like to take one in the first two rounds. It’s a strong OT class. I do like a lot of the second and third round WRs.
