He was successful last year playing with a bunch of guys no longer playing in the NFL. They literally upgraded every other position on offence. Expect a big jump from Allen in year two. I also expect them to add a big time talent at WR in next years draft.
We are going to have a very good running game this year. That will be a nice change from last year where we couldn’t gain more that a yard on running downs.
That is how I feel too. He is a better runner than Yeldon but I wouldn’t trust him in pass pro probably until next year. I would keep Yeldon and put him on the PS.
He won’t, he isn’t even worth half that contract. It will be similar to when the Dolphins sign Baltimore LBs. He will be solid but nothing special.
You have to have depth to be a playoff caliber NFL team. Injuries will happen and the team with the best depth always has a chance to hang around until the end.
Those are pretty good numbers considering all of the red zone work. Thad will be Thad though.
?
Allen has solid accuracy. He won’t be Drew Brees but he can be right there with guys like Big Ben, Favre, and Wentz.
Right, every player in the league has highs and lows. Every time I read something like that is just screams predraft bias. Good QBs make teams pay for dropping ints. Brady does that to us all the time. For all we know Edmunds just made a great play on the ball. His length is the reason he went in round 1.
That sucks, we officially don’t have a swing tackle. If Nsekhe gets hurt we can move Ford out there. If Dawkins gets hurt we move Nsekhe to LT and Ford to RT. We still have a little depth but it just got a lot thinner.
I like this, it seems like the best way to get our best 5 on the field. Ford can be the backup RT if Nsekhe gets hurt. Or if Dawkins gets hurt Nsekhe moves over to LT and Ford to RT.
Dawkins Spain Morse Ford Nsekhe gives us the best chance to win
